We are Dana and Lee, living on a little farm in Reseda Ranch, California, taking care of each other and loving what we do! We're working hard to provide the best service possible!
PRODUCTION TIME/WAITING PERIOD: Our production time is fast but our waiting list is growing. Most orders can be completed within 2-4 weeks after we begin but we will not be able to begin for 4-6 weeks depending on your event date. Not every order requires this much time, small purchases under $100 will be shipped within approximately 2-3 weeks.
RUSH ORDERS: Rush orders may be accepted upon request with an additional fee of 20%. Everything in my shop is completely handmade and therefore very time consuming so I reserve the right to refuse any rush orders if it may compromise the quality of the work or the completion of previously booked orders. Please check with me, I try my best to make time for everyone!
We live in a smoke free home filled with a library of recycled books ready to be torn and folded at our fingertips.
When will my order ship?
Because of the unexpected amount of orders we may have at one time WE SHIP ACCORDING TO YOUR EVENT/ NEED-BY DATE, not necessarily by the day of your purchase. You will receive your flowers in plenty of time before your event day assuming you have provided me with your desired delivery date and placed your order in enough time. If rush shipping need apply I will contact you with that charge. In peak wedding seasons we are working as fast as possible to get everyone their flowers and I guarantee they will be on time. I will be in communication with you regarding the progress of your flowers and we will work out the shipping date based on the season we are in, the size of your order and the amount of time we have before your event. Most listings provide an estimated shipping time, we will do our absolute best to stick to that time frame.
How do I know if I need to pay a rush fee?
-If you need anything to arrive in 7 days or less- even with a rush fee this may not be possible. Send me a convo to discuss what you need. My rush fee does not include the price of express shipping if that applies.
-If you need more than 1 bouquet and 1 boutonniere in 2 weeks or less.
-If you’re not sure just send me a convo! I try my best to make time for every order!
-We accept PayPal. A Paypal account is not required to use the PayPal system, the Paypal system works with credit cards and e-checks.
-If you have any trouble processing your payment just let me know, i'm happy to help.
As a part of Etsy's new shipping tool, upgrades to Express delivery in the US, Priority International delivery and Express International delivery can be added to select items once in your shopping cart. As I try to apply this change to my shop please feel free to send me a message to discuss faster shipping for your flowers if that option is not yet available on the specific listing you'd like to purchase. During this transitional period I will do my best to keep up with the changes, in the meantime if you have any questions about the shipping process or prices just send me a message! As you build your custom order I recommend sending me your postal code so I can determine the most accurate shipping cost for you!
We ship through USPS Monday-Friday. Within the US all boxes are Priority shipped for arrival in 2-3 business days and your tracking number will be emailed to you. Please acknowledge that Priority Service does not guarantee this time frame though most boxes do arrive within this period. Delays due to weather can be expected depending on where you are, we are located in sunny Southern California so rest assured there will be no weather delays on our end! An upgrade to Express shipping for arrival in 1-2 days has a money-back guarantee, please contact me to upgrade your shipping if that option is not available while you are checking out.
*International customers, I am not able to guarantee arrival of your shipment unless we upgrade your shipping- First Class shipping has an estimated delivery period of 6-10 business days and will most likely take longer (up to 6 weeks has been typical, think of it as mailing a letter with a stamp). Once your box leaves the US it will be in the hands of your postal service to deliver. We cannot track the box unless the shipping is upgraded to Priority, Express or Global Express. We do not collect any customs fees when sending our packages. Any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery would be at the discretion of your country's tax regulations. I have no way of calculating how much these fees would be, should they occur, and we are not responsible for those charges. Returns will not be accepted due to customs fees. It is illegal to lie on customs forms and mark it as a gift when it is not, please do not ask me to do so.
***INTERNATIONAL BUYERS BEWARE **ESPECIALLY IN THE UNITED KINGDOM***:: VAT fees and customs fees are not collected within this purchase, every package sent to the UK over $15 (including postage) is subject to a 20% fee of the declared value + a possible $8 additional charge. I am not able to inform you of the exact amount that may be due or provide refunds if you are charged these fees. Not every box is required to pay fees but every box is subject to fees, if you'd prefer a refund please notify me immediately. This is not a private policy enforced by my shop or by Etsy, these are postal regulations implemented by the tax system in your country (I have heard about this primarily in the United Kingdom. *All shipping prices for international orders listed in my shop pay for First Class shipping- there are Priority, Express and Global Guaranteed options available. THE ONLY SERVICE THAT GUARANTEES DELIVERY IS GLOBAL EXPRESS (1-3 DAYS), all other options cannot be guaranteed and refunds cannot be provided if the flowers don't arrive on time*
As our business progresses and we master the packaging process we know that the items are safest tightly packed in small boxes with packing peanuts and tissue paper, if you've placed a large order your items will most likely arrive in multiple boxes to ensure safe travel. Orders shipped in multiple boxes are not guaranteed to arrive together, don't worry! Due to the delicate nature of paper and their form as flowers a few bent corners can be expected upon arrival after shipment but they will bend back easily if you smooth it out with your fingers. This is common and does not constitute damage. If your flowers arrived damaged please take a picture- it will be determined on a case by case basis how to resolve this issue. Damage must be reported within 7 days of their arrival to be eligible for replacements or a refund. We want you to be thrilled with your flowers, whatever happens, we will work it out!
If your package does not arrive: in the rarest occasion that your package does not arrive if time allows a set of replacements will be made for you. Whether a refund can be provided will be determined on a case by case basis.
All boxes will have $50 insurance automatically, if you are purchasing an entire bridal package it is recommended to purchase additional insurance for each box if they contain more than $50 worth of flowers. This is an extra charge with the post office so once the size of your order is determined we can apply the insurance. If insurance is not purchased, refunds will not be given for lost or damaged items.
Refunds and Exchanges
If the product is damaged as a result of shipping it can be replaced on request. It is considered damage is the flower is beyond repair- a few bent tips does not constitute damage requiring replacement. Please take pictures of the damage and email them to me to discuss your replacements. I do not provide refunds after purchase for any reason if time allows for replacements to be made. If you are refunded the product must be mailed back to me. Damage must be reported within 7 days of their arrival to be eligible for replacements or a refund.
Custom orders are approved prior to purchase so unless it is damaged during shipping a refund will not be provided.
In the case that your event is canceled your order cannot be canceled or refunded. All flowers are made to order, once the order is placed you will be receiving the flowers as we discussed. All deposits are non-refundable and serve to secure your place in line or in the case that your event is canceled it covers the work we have already done.
International orders: When time allows we ship all international orders at least 1 month in advance to allow enough time in the mail. The estimated arrival time is 7-10 business days, this is not guaranteed and depends on your postal service. We cannot track orders once they leave the US unless we upgrade your shipping. We cannot provide refunds or accept returns if your flowers do not arrive in time if we have shipped them 3 weeks in advance. We hope you understand in this rare case that we have done the work and shipped them in plenty of time. Priority, Express and Global Express shipping options are available, please send me a message to discuss these prices!

Do you make every flower?
Yes, indeed. My lovely boyfriend, Lee, and I run our shop out of our home. We occasionally receive help folding flowers from friends in our busiest times, but even with help I am the only person who will assemble the final flower and build your personal bouquet. Each and every flower is crafted by us both, handed back and forth between steps, and ultimately finished by me and only me. A great amount of pride is taken in the each step of the process: cutting, painting, folding, gluing, gluing again, embellishing, removing glue from our hair, final assembly, and the eagerly awaited shipment.
How long does it take to make a flower?
1 flower can be created in anywhere from 2 minutes to 20. With an average number of 15 flowers per bouquet, we give ourselves over to the commitment of their unique beauty, one that will last forever.
