This is a delicious bread. Its hearty and more like a banana bread consistency so not great for traditional sandwiches, but great toasted, with a spread on top or used to dip in olive oil.

I enjoyed these breads very much! In my surprise shipment I had the Kati's, the O as well as the regular and pumpkin brioche. The brioches were my favs hands down. Thank you for doing what you do Dancing Bee Apiary! It took a bit before I received it but it was well worth the wait as they are made from scratch and from the heart... I most definitely will be a repeat customer! _Ash :}

The folks at Dancing Bee are the bee’s knees. This vegan sampler had a lot of goodies - brioche, cupcakes, cookies and more. The bread was as I have come to expect from their offerings - a hearty gluten free option. I usually don’t eat cupcakes, but these tasted very nice. A double chocolate cookie caught my fancy, and hubby liked the shortbreads. If you’re undecided about the savory desserts on offer, this is a neat option to help decide, or simply to pamper yourself. And we are doing just that.

The cookies arrived quickly, were adorable, and delicious! They were a gift for my husband, who has recently eliminated dairy, soy, and gluten from his diet. Cookies like these make that a lot easier!

This bread is really delicious!

The best Quinoa containing bread I’ve come across so far. Substantial in every mouthful for a gluten-free bread. I bought it for its Vegan ingredients. Dense. Chewy. Hearty. It was mildly fragrant when I first unwrapped it for slicing - which makes one think of all sorts of wonderful things - and the loaves were wholly intact owing to secure packaging. I was pleasantly surprised by how fast the shipping was. Nicely done. Will certainly be back for more.
