How did you start your shop?
We started our business Dancing Clouds Jewelry and Gifts for the Soul about 14 yrs ago, but I only started with Etsy in 2010. We were no longer traveling and doing festivals, but were doing more local shows, so thought Etsy would be a good place to start online. (I'm not to tech savy, and didn't know how to do a web page. Etsy was very user friendly and am glad I went this route, rather than a web page. I still have challenges with some things, but everyone has been so helpful, especially if you are on a team.
Enjoy designing jewelry and just overall being creative. My husband and Shar Pei (Yoshi) have traveled throughout the US setting up at festivals, craft shows, & psychic fairs. We not only offer my jewelry and many other metaphysical items.

Payment is appreciated within 24 hours of placing your order. If you need more time please contact us. No Payment and No Contact within 48 hours will result in item being relisted. (CANCELLATION) If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible, as this could result in a NEGATIVE FEEDBACK due to non payment.
Item will ship within 1-7 business days of cleared payment.
We ship via USPS 1st Class Mail with delivery confirmation. Shipping upgrades are available, please contact us before placing your order.
Insurance is NOT included in the shipping charge. If you wish to add it, please let us know before you pay, so we can make the adjustment. (PLEASE NOTE): While we have had no problems with shipments arriving safely, adding insurance is never a bad idea. We are NOT responsible for items that get lost in the mail.

(INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING): Standard shipping is USPS 1st class. Insurance is recommended as we are NOT responsible for lost items. If you have a question about a different method contact us before purchase.
Refunds and Exchanges
We allow 7 days from date of merchandise received for returns, minus shipping charges. (Provided we have the returned items in the SAME condition as they were when we shipped them.)
We are not responsible for items which upon return to us, become lost or broken in the mail, so therefore we recommend insuring the item.
The customer must pay for returning the item
If you are at all unhappy with your order, please contact me BEFORE leaving negative feedback- I will see what I can do. :)
If your item(s) come to you broken, contact me about the situation and send me photos of the damaged piece(s) via Etsy convo system.
Photo(s) must be approved by me before I can send you new ones.
Once you are approved, ship it back to me in its original package.
I can repair it at no cost.
(Buyer is responsible for return postage fees)
If you're unhappy, you must return the item(s), and have them post marked within 1 week so that I will fully refund- excluding the shipping you paid.
If the item(s) is dirty and worn, I will not refund
