Announcement   I will be gone on a three week trip to sell/show our wares at art festivals in Tucson, Las Cruces, NM and Albuquerque. Order if you wish but know that I cannot deliver til the last week of March.
The Dancing Fox is a shape changer and one of the main animal guardians and tricksters in Japanese mythology. We "harvest " exquisite silks from vintage and antique Japanese kimono and offer them to you to reshape them with your own creativity into a special project of your own making.
Our silks are laundered and ironed and carefully inspected so that you get a gorgeous piece of silk every time. However, each panel has already led a full life as part of a treasured kimono and may show subtle signs of its age. Please consider this when purchasing.
We also offer gorgeously green art-to-wear constructed from these amazing fabrics.

We launder all our "harvested" silks to remove traces of perfumes, cigarette smoke, mold and mildew, and other odors that occur in used fabric from a damp environment.

While we adore our aristocratic Russian Blue cat, he is never allowed to nestle into the piles of silk he sees as his natural bedding material.

We try in every way possible to protect our customers from sneezing, wheezing and other allergic responses to our fabrics.
