Welcome to Dancing Kelpie Studio! I love art in all different mediums, and am constantly changing, adapting, and creating in many different styles. You could call me an art chameleon!

My Jewelry is a mix of reclaimed fused glass, ceramic tiles utilizing my original artwork, free form gourd pieces, and hand etched metal and glass.

I love custom orders, so please convo me if you have any special requests!

Each and every item I make is made by hand,

You can be assured that when you purchase a Dancing Kelpie piece of art or jewelry it is an original, designed and executed with care with my own two hands. All are unique, and one of a kind.

Dancing Kelpie, Eclectic, Unique, Original!

Many of my items are made with upcycled materials such as Wine bottle glass, nuts, bolts, barnwood, and gourd shards. If it can be re-purposed, I will re-purpose it! As a result, there will be slight variances from the photos shown, so be aware before you purchase.

And please take a moment to stop in to my sister stores https://www.etsy.com/shop/luckybeedesigns for unique and beautiful rustic wedding and special occasion decor, and https://etsy.com/shop/luckybeeandme for fun, funky, whimsical gifts for the whole family

About

Forever Experimenting!

My shop started way back in 2006 when I was making woodburned plaques and pet portraits. I am forever experimenting with new mediums, and genres, and Etsy is the perfect venue!
I have always painted and drawn, and at age 4 had my first professional show in Riverside California, followed by shows in Los Angeles, San Francisco, and New York. By age 6 I wanted to be a nurse, and in high school it was horses and boys, so my art career was put on hold.
I have always wanted to have my own business, but being a single mom of three, It just wasn't to be, but I continued to paint and craft, selling at fairs whenever I had the chance.
The kids are grown now, and I finally have the time to really invest in my art, and so,Dancing Kelpie Studio is having a re-birth of sorts.

I will continue to experiment, so don't be surprised if you see something completely out my usual spectrum.!

And if you love Rustic, Country Decor with an urban flair, please stop by my other shop, https://etsy.com/shop/luckybeedesigns for country, rustic, and vintage looking wedding and home decor!

Welcome to my little shop! Here you find an eclectic collection of art, jewelry and gifts ranging from funky fun kitsch, to beautiful intricate one of a kind designs. You name, it, we have something for everyone! My art is a reflection of me, and whether it is something as goofy as a gourd figurine, or a beautifully rendered portrait, it represents a part of myself. That and the fact that EVERYTHING goes with bacon....
