I placed my order and when I received it, there was a mix up in shipping labels and I got the wrong order. I contacted customer service and got an immediate response. My correct order was shipped the very next day. I got the correct order today and its perfect!! Mistakes happen but its how well they handled it, that's why I'm still giving 5 stars! Amazing customer service and great work. The bracelets I ordered came already placed inside the super cute boxes. 100% recommend and will shop again. Thank you!
