Frequently asked questions
Why Don't You Accept Returns?
Due to our labels being personalized, we don't accept returns once you get them! We send proofs to you beforehand to avoid any issues and approving them shows that you accept the design as is. Double check the spelling of the names you send. If you have any questions, you can message me!
What If There Is A Spelling Error Or Any Error With The Label? Can I Get A Refund?
It is the buyer's responsibility to check the proof for spelling. Approval of the proof means you accept the design. As the shop owner, we are not responsible. The shop will provide you a discount if new labels are wanted.
Can I Come Up With My Own Label Design?
If you want to create a custom label, message us and we will get you a quote!
What If My Item Is Lost Or Stolen?
If this happens, we are sorry to hear that and that is awful. However, Dandi Designs is not responsible for any shipping errors, delayed orders or stolen mail. Once orders are shipped, shipping transit is out of our control. If orders are delayed, lost or stolen, you can reorder at a discount. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
Incorrect mailing addresses provided by the customer will require the customer to pay for shipping again if items are returned.
How Do I Take Off An Existing Wine Label?
With each purchase, we will give you detailed instructions on how to remove the label and the best way to put your new label on.
Do Your Wine Labels Fit All Bottles?
There are bottles that fit our labels best. The key is that you have a bottle that has an area on it does not curve for the length of our labels. If you place the label on a bottle that is not straight for the length of your label, then your label may wrinkle at the top. While it can still look ok, it's not perfect that way!
What Is Your Turnaround/Processing Time?
We will send the proofs to you within 24 hours of purchase.
Then, once you approve, we will send the labels out to you within 12 hours. Note: USPS is closed on Sundays so we will send out first thing Monday morning.
Shipping is free and takes 2-5 days!
