Cancellations & Returns - 1

Cancellations accepted within 4 hours. After this time we may already have non- reimbursable time & efforts invested. There is an $8 restocking fee deducted after the period has passed.
Please ask questions and please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
We do not claim any expertise. Vintage items are not "new" and have been previously used. We attempt to describe items to the best of our ability, but with Vintage items a few imperfections may be overlooked. Vintage Items are sold in "as-is" and not refundable unless a mistake or misrepresentation is made. We do not attempt to misrepresent anything and hope everyone is happy with any purchase and may consider shopping with us in the future.

Sizing details

Please ask us to measure anything that may not be adequately sized in the listings. Regarding clothing: Please check the description and measurements and ask for more information or measurements as necessary. Please be aware that a size from decades back or another country may not be equivalent to a standard or familiar size in the place and time one is now. ASK for measurements if they don't appear in the description and we will be happy to measure ASAP and get right back to you. Poor fit is not reason for return. We don't have the time money and other resources of huge corporations to pay for a change of heart or buyers remorse. We wish that everyone is completely satisfied with their order and encourage questions and full transparency.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Inquirer if you are purchasing a gift and really need it to be gift wrapped at an extra charge depending on size and material used. Also please make sure to clearly let us know if you would like a message with any gift. We are happy to add any message at no charge but it needs to be clear when it is a gift message and not a continuation of a correspondence to us. Thanks!

We appreciate you and will do our best not to disappoint. We encourage questions and try to provide accurate descriptions. Please email any questions before ordering.

NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES: Unless there is a clear misrepresentation of the item in the description. If you purchase something it is yours. Sizes and or measurements may require a question or conformation before placing the order, so please ask questions if something is not clear or adequately described in the listing. Measurements and sizes are part of the item description. If you have any questions please ask us before ordering.

Improper fit is not a merchandise flaw or grounds for return. Thank you for your business and understanding.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

DAMAGED IN SHIPMENT: Notify within 24 hours. KEEP all packaging. Take photos of damaged packaging, protective packaging provided with shipment from several views of the damaged item.
We must send all information to the USPS and need clear photos in a timely claim process. Please attach any photos to the CONVO page, or contact me for an email address to attach several pictures. Keep all the materials until we get a response from USPS. There may be a delay reimbursing and a package deemed “lost” or “misplaced” by USPS. Please keep the evidence of your claim if we need to resubmit.

Lost or Damaged Orders - Part B

LOST: If a package is lost you need to notify us within a day or two of the date the it should have arrived. The postal carrier’s memory of a package or what they might have done with it will be better over a couple days vs weeks, The sooner the better.

Please do not wait weeks to notify us as USPS has time limits. We will send confirmation of shipping and tack it until it arrives at your door.
If the Postal Carrier shows "DELIVERED" on tracking, your complaint is with the Post Carrier if it disappeared between when they say they delivered it and when you noticed it had not been received.

We do our best to make sure everything is delivered safely, but have no control of the Carrier at someone else's home or if someone steals it from your porch. Also please note that some more expensive items will require signature confirmation. We will let you know that up front so you can plan accordingly with the carrier or post office.
