An eclectic journey of creating, transforming, and reimagining
I’ve always had a passion for making things by hand, but for many years life was filled with raising children, working jobs, and study, leaving little time to dedicate to creating. In 2008, after my mother passed away, I inherited her jewelry. I couldn’t part with her things, so I began carefully taking apart some of her necklaces and giving the beads new purpose. With YouTube tutorials and a lot of trial and error, I taught myself how to transform my learnings from those pieces into something meaningful — my very first car charms.
The gothic inspiration came from the idea of turning darkness into something beautiful and even a little whimsical — never dark or frightening, but a way of bringing life, motivation, and meaning to what was once lost.
Since then, creating has become my constant companion. Even while working and studying, I always returned to handmade art in my free time. In 2019, due to a shift in my path, I decided to dedicate myself more fully to the work that has always brought me joy and purpose.
Dangling Realms is the result of that journey: gothic and boho charms, rustic wax art, and mixed media creations that carry not only intention but also a story of transformation, resilience, and love.
