To me the most important thing is you, the customer. So please, do not be shy about any questions! I'm easy to talk to and am a very informal person, so expect the use of smilies and many "ahaha"s. I will try to make you feel comfortable (I'm a bit of a goof, so don't feel embarrassed if you feel you asked an obvious question). :)
Accepted payment methods
Unless I know you personally or am dropping off the object at your home, please pay through either paypal or a card by clicking the buy button, I suppose.
If you live in So. Cal., feel free to inquire about reduced shipping.
If you live outside the U.S., please feel free to inquire about a shipping estimate.

If your item has not arrived, as long as I can prove that I have mailed your package (meaning, if I have a receipt with you zip on it), then that's it, end of story. I sent it and the Post seems to have lost it. It's a sad fact of life that mail DOES get lost, but it's really out of my control. If it does eventually arrive, I'll be just as glad as you! If it should return to me, I will notify you immediately, and I'll give you a few days to answer back with whether or not you'd like me to re-send it to you (I'll most likely pay the shipping, but if I'm having a bad day, well, you know).
I am a one person show so if you order multiple little guys, it could take a couple days before shipping. Please be patient! I'll keep you up-dated, so don't feel anxious, I won't forget you!
I do accept rush orders, though you may need to pay an extra fee for shipping. Just convo me with the date and I'll see what I can do about it.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you receive an item and see that it is damaged, I'm sorry, but there's not much I can do about it. If you send me a picture that clearly shows the damage, I'll gladly fix it for you, but you would need to ship it back to me. If you decide it is damaged and do not want it anymore, I cannot give you a refund, but I'll gladly discount any other purchase or bunch of purchases you want in my shop up to the amount you paid for the damaged item IF and only IF you buy more than 10 dollars. Otherwise, I will give you a percentage discount (maybe about 20-30%).
If you receive an item and it is not the one you ordered. Wow, that was my bad! I'm very sorry for that, I will pay the shipping for you to mail it back to me and will send you the correct item as soon as I can!
