Hi Everyone,
We are a unique shop that sells one of a kind finished products and also makes unique custom pieces to enhance a room to bring beauty to and make a statement. We work with you on color, style, design and creativity. I want you to receive as much pleasure from the piece as I do creating it.
Returns and exchanges
Again this is just reiterating what was stated in the payment policy.
Please contact us in advance and discuss the details of the piece. I work with you on finding a base that suits your needs by tracking one down according to your specifications. Once one is found we send you pictures to make sure it is acceptable to you and get your approval on purchasing it. We then purchase the piece and it becomes your base. At that time the payment for the order is made in full minus the shipping. On large orders we will definitely work with you on making timely payment arrangements. Since this is a custom order and a base is purchased for you specifically we do not accept cancellations or do refunds. Each item is individually chosen to suit your specific needs and will be designed to enhance your lovely room. I work on a first come basis and do have a waiting list. I try to get to each item in a timely manner. Life does throw each of us little curve balls and times might need to be slightly adjusted but we do the absolute best we can to honor those time guide lines. On occasion we are running a head so don't be afraid to inquire about completion time. You will be communicated with throughout the work being done on your piece so you will be confident it will be what you are envisioning. Remember each item is custom made for you, hand painted, no spraying and several days are required for the embossing, painting and or papering.

Shipping
We offer local pick up or will make arrangements with you if you are local for drop off for a small fee. We do ship throughout the US and will assist you in your shipping options and methods. I do most of my shipping through grey hound/BFS depending on whether we use Greyhound of BFS the items are insured for 300-1000 for damage.
I by some unfortunate event an item arrives damaged you would need to file a claim but we would assist you any way possible. I have had extremely good luck though due to the time that is taken in the packaging of your items. I don't spend all the time working on it so see it arrived damaged :) Station to station is the least expensive I have found so far and in most areas the do offer a door drop with a courier for an additional fee. Geyhound has implemented a new tracking method in most areas but it is only updated at stops with bus exchanges. Items to take longer to arrive but the savings in significant. I also have options of freight couriers that offer the white glove treatment. They tend to have better moment to moment tracking but are a little more expensive. I also would be willing to work with you on a courier you choose to set up or uship. I have had good luck with all of the above. It is all about who you are comfortable with and the budget you would like to stick to. We take great pride in our packaging, each box takes no less than two hours to wrap on a piece of furniture so if you have a larger one that may require 2 boxes (4hours) just to give you an idea of what goes into it. I have not been able to find an affordable alternative for international shipping but if you have one again I will assist you any way possible.
Additional policies and FAQs
Once all details have been decided and the piece has been started with the pattern and paint color you have chosen, those will be purchased and used on your piece. Several days go into embossing each piece and also several coats of paint. Once it is applied it can not be changed. Too many coats of paint will wash out the details in the design ruining the work.Little things such as handle change outs and appliques can be discussed as changeable options as long as the appliques have not been applied yet and with handles as long as the are the same size such as single holes or double. It will need to be with in those guidelines.
