Shipping time to U.S.A. from Iceland is approx. 7- 20 BUSINESS days, 5 -10 business days shipping time to Europe, Scandinavian only 4-5 business days shipping time.

Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 7 to 20 business days to arrive. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 5 weeks.

Shipping time does not include processing and making of the order. Processing and completion of orders may range from 3 -7 business days. All items in our shop are made by order, that explains the process time before the item is shipped. But you can be sure your order will be shipped on time or latest the day after.

Please check that you have sent the correct shipping address when confirming your order. It is the consumer’s responsibility to ensure that they have inputted the correct shipping address. DannaJuliaStore will not be liable for any delayed shipments due to incorrect or invalid shipping addresses. Furthermore, the consumer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees that may result due to returned packages.

We ship anywhere in the world. With the low ammount of shipping cost we don't provide tracking on the jewelry. This is to keep the postage as cheap as possible on such a small item for the customer, but please contact me if you'd like to upgrade.

We offer shipping with tracking number. It cost approx. $25 in shipping cost only. Please convo us about it if you want shipping with tracking number.
Refunds and Exchanges
If for any reason damage or else, you are not satisfied with your purchase or have a problem you can contact us through our shop on Etsy. It is our priority to ensure your happiness here. (Please don't send message to my e-mail adress, I don't always see the messages there or go so often to see the mail box.)

We do not offer refunds. All of our listings are for brand new jewelry. We are a small business working at home studio. We do not add extra margins to cover for refunds so that we can keep our prices as low as possible.

We do NOT offer exchanges.***** Special situations MAY be considered and please contact us whether its something you want in a different metal or a different color and we will try to assist you or if you have any questions or if you want to add to your order with the same shipping cost it is our pleasure to do so.
