Coupon Codes: It is the customers responsibility to enter any available coupon codes at the time of purchase to receive the current discount, if any.
Cancellations: If you decide that you would like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will be happy to refund your order. Cancellations MUST be made within 24 hours of purchase, after which time we have likely packaged it up and begun the shipping process. If this is the case we will instruct you on the return process and a restocking fee may be incurred.
I will insure all pieces as they are just as precious to me as they are to you. I also ship with confirmation.
Orders will ship within 24 hours of payment receipt, unless it is a custom order, in which case requires up to 4 weeks for completion.
Refunds and Exchanges
There will also be a restocking fee of 20% retained from your original purchase cost as well as any fees incurred in the sale of the item and cost of shipping.
Cost of shipping the item for return is upon the customer, and I do suggest a confirmation delivery so we can both keep track of where the package is. If the item is deemed to be damaged, we will deal with the issue on a case by case bases.
In the instance that you are unavailable for delivery of your purchase and it is sent back to us, it will be held until you contact us for reshipment. To avoid reshipment, please contact your local post office and give them the shipping confirmation number of your order and set up a reshipment from your local post office. You have up to 15 days from the date of attempted delivery before the post office will ship it back to us. If we receive the item, we will hold it until you contact us for reshipment, of which you will be responsible for the shipping cost to get it back to you. You can also call the USPS at 800-ASK-USPS.
If you wish to have a refund, you will be subject to a 20% restocking fee as well the sellers fees and cost of original shipping.
