Do you accept returns?

You have 3 business days from the time you receive your order to alert me of any problems. This includes the wrong color, wrong item, missing item, as well as electronics that are not working and what-not. I never intentionally send out bad products, I make everything individually by hand, however mistakes do happen. If you do not contact us within 3 business days there's nothing I can do at that point to fix your problem without charge to you. I do not do refunds, and all sales are final. Please keep this in mind before you order.

I will not accept the return or refund request on a piece because a customer decides they want a different color or style, etc. If there is an actual defect on my part, it can be returned and replaced.

Custom and personalized orders

I do accept returns according to the EU buyer protection laws allow European residents to return items by contacting the seller within 14 days.
