A fresh, original take on handmade bags, purses, spectacle cases, cafetieres, tea cosies, scissor and needle cases, bunting , Christmas items, pincushions, brooch pillows, cushions, hearing-aid cases, Tooth Fairy pillows, crazy patchwork,eye-masks, textile decorations and more..... New, Vintage and re-used fabrics, whichever works best.

Each creation is a one-off, hard-wearing, versatile and attractive, with all the exceptional qualities you look for in handmade goods.
My aims are for simplicity, to produce items that will give you pleasure, use the best quality fabrics, suitable for everyday use, and that will last for many years. I use quality new, vintage and reclaimed textiles, which are pre-laundered and tested for shrinkage and being colourfast.
I embellish many of my items with hand-finished applique, patchwork, beadwork and embroidery, paying great attention to detail.

You will receive your purchase carefully wrapped in bright white tissue, and where appropriate, tied with ribbon, complete with my own tag.

My items suit all ages from teenagers upwards, make wonderful gifts, or something special for yourself.

Every item in my shop is designed, cut and handmade by myself.
I use brand new, vintage, and re-used textiles of the highest quality. All fabrics are laundered prior to use to ensure they are pre-shrunk and colourfast.

Payment

Dar Msallema is a registered user of Paypal, and you must have an account with PayPal to buy my products.

Currency and conversions.
All listings, transactions and billing on Etsy are in United States Dollars (USD).

If you pay by PayPal (or credit card via PayPal), then PayPal will provide automatic currency conversion.

For all other purchase payment methods (for example: money order or personal check), the seller will need to calculate the currency conversion.

You will receive an email confirming your order upon receipt, usually within 24 hours.

Shipping

I endeavour to process and despatch most orders within a few working days of email confirmation, and after payment has cleared, by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery – First Class, within the United Kingdom.

Deliveries outside the United Kingdom will be sent by Royal Mail Airmail, subject to the same terms above.
If you require your purchase to be insured during transit, please contact me and this can be arranged for an extra fee.

Delivery costs are calculated individually for each product.
Please note that you are responsible for any customs and other duties payable on each item, for deliveries outside the UK.

I endeavour to represent the colours of my items as closely as possible, but please do be aware that colour resolutions vary on different computers.

I do not do wholesale; please do not ask for discounts, as a refusal may offend!

Please be aware that several times a year I am at Craft Fairs demonstrating, for up to six days in a row. In these circumstances my shop will be closed for the duration of said Fair.
