Thank you so much for considering purchasing from us. We truly appreciate your business.

Before placing your order, please take a few moments to read through the store policies. These are in place to protect both buyer and seller. If you have any questions, please ask.

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 24 hours after it is received, and we will correct the issue ASAP.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Please contact us if you would like to return your item(s) for a store credit or exchange. All refunds/exchanges are subject to our approval, and large/custom orders are not eligible. Shipping costs are not refunded or credited.
Payment
Both Paypal and money orders are accepted for payment. Please be aware that we cannot begin working on your order until a money order has been cleared by the bank, which may take up to 14 days.

Payment plans are available for large orders totaling $100+. If you choose to make payments, a 50% deposit is required for work to begin. Should you decide to stop making payments for any reason, the 50% deposit will be considered payment for labor and supplies on our end. Prior to the order being shipped, the remaining 50% is due.
Shipping
TURNAROUND TIME
All items are made to order, and it can take up to 4 weeks to ship during peak wedding season. If you need your item(s) sooner, just let us know prior to purchasing so that we can make sure there is enough time to get your order out. Large orders currently have a 7-8 week turnaround time. Rush orders may incur a small fee to cover expedited shipping, if necessary.

FREE SHIPPING
All Domestic and Canadian purchases come with delivery confirmation. Insurance and / or signature confirmation is also available upon request for an additional fee. If you would like to purchase either of these services, please contact us.

DOMESTIC

INTERNATIONAL
Free Canadian shipping is through USPS First Class or Parcel Post. USPS does not track these packages once they leave the US. If you would like delivery confirmation, then shipping must be upgraded. Please contact us for a price quote and we will send an adjusted invoice.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING NON-PAYMENT
International purchases are subject to increased shipping charges. Upon purchase, you will be provided with the various rates and transit times available. After 30 days since the date of purchase, if the shipping charge is not paid or if you decide to not complete the transaction, then we will NOT ship your items and will issue a 50% refund. The remaining 50% will be kept to cover labor and supplies used to work on your order.

LOST / STOLEN / DELAYED / UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
Once a package has left our hands, we are no longer responsible for it. If you need a package by a certain date, please allow adequate time when placing an order or upgrade to a guaranteed delivery service (USPS Express or FedEx). We will help you try and locate your package by providing all relevant shipment information, however, non-delivered packages will not be reshipped or refunded. We encourage our customers to call their local Post Office and/or local Customs Office in the event of a non-delivery.

INSURANCE & SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION
Neither service is included in the standard shipping fee. If you would like to purchase either service, please contact us and we will send an adjusted invoice. We HIGHLY advise that insurance is purchased on all large orders. Should you need to file an insurance claim, we will provide all relevant shipping information and will assist in any way possible.

IMPORT FEES
The customer is responsible for any fees incurred through customs. This includes taxes, brokerage fees, etc.

All price quotes given are guaranteed for 30 days.

Occasionally there will be a sale with special pricing. This is usually (but not always) announced in advance, and orders placed prior to the sale will not qualify for price-matching.

Buyers are responsible for making sure that the items ordered will work on their banquet tables, etc. Refunds will not be issued if an incorrect size is ordered.

We gladly take custom orders, so please contact us if you are looking for something that isn't listed in the shop.

Standard runners have hemmed edges and straight ends, but we are happy to add a lining or any other embellishment. Please contact us for a price quote.
