Welcome to Darling Wednesday!

Payment

I currently accept credit cards, paypal, checks and money orders. If you're paying via check or money order, I will ship your item out once your payment has cleared. Please note, electronic checks take 3-5 business days to process. If you live locally and would like to pay for an item in person, please convo me.

Shipping

*CARRIERS*

All items ship USPS, First Class or Priority mail. If you'd like another shipping method, please convo me and we can work out the details.

*RUSH SHIPPING*

If you have a time constraint, (i.e. your event is this Saturday), please let me know so I can ensure your purchase is delivered on time. Refunds will not be accepted if you did not communicate your expectations.

*INCORRECT ADDRESS*

I ship to the address listed in your Etsy account. Please double check your shipping address. It is your responsibility to make sure that your shipping address is correct and up to date. Orders that do not arrive due to an incorrect shipping address, will not be refunded. If you realize your address is incorrect before your order has been shipped, I will gladly ship it to the correct address.

*LOST PACKAGES*

Every order is shipped with a tracking number. If the tracking number indicates that the package was delivered yet you claim to not have received it, I will gladly resend your order. Sometimes the Post Office makes mistakes. I want you to receive your order however I will only resend orders to the address listed in your Etsy account. Please do not ask me to resend your order to another address (i.e. your mother's house, your place of employment, your friend down the street).

Refunds and Exchanges

*RETURNS*

I want you to be happy with your product. However, if the item wasn't as you had expected, I do accept returns. Please contact my within 5 days of delivery and inform me that you plan to return the item. Please return the item in the same packaging/condition as when it was delivered. Once I receive the return, I will refund your order, (minus shipping).

When shipping your return, please ensure that you get a tracking number for the package. Returns that are never received, will not be refunded.

*DAMAGED GOODS*

I do my best to package items so they arrive in one piece. On occasion, something may get damaged during transit. If your item arrives damaged, please let me know and I'll send a replacement ASAP.

I sell in multiple online marketplaces as well as my own personal website. You're welcome to contact me in via Etsy messages or email. I will only reply via the same method of communication that the message was received. i.e. If you send me an Etsy message I will only reply via Etsy. Please don't ask me to send my reply to your personal email address.
