Quilting Queen gone Girly!

I started my shop after the birth of my first niece, Talyn! She inspired me to create and make all things girly! It all started out with a tutu, and it has grown from there! I have always been an avid quilter, but my passion has turned into designing little girls' outfits! I love lace, ruffles, and pink! I am a fabric hoarder, caffeine addict, and love creating new items on a daily basis!

Accepted payment methods

Payment
PayPal is the accepted form of payment for all purchases - Cleared payment must be received before I ship your items, no exceptions - I must receive a cleared payment before you will be provided with tracking information - Order must be cancelled within 8 hours on Ready To Ship Items as I am very prompt with shipping, if you must return your item due to cancelling after the 8 hour time window, please write "Refused, Return to Sender" on package, you will be refunded upon my receipt of item, less shipping and handling fees.
Shipping
Items are shipped within 3 Days of cleared payment on all Ready To Ship Items - Orders arrive in 2-5 business days depending upon shipping selection - If an item is needed sooner contact me for additional shipping rates, although I have placed a Priority Upgrade listing for your convenience - Tracking number is provided for your items and is messaged to you as soon as your item has been shipped - Once your item has left my possession, I am no longer responsible - Please contact me if you have an order that you would like to have Insurance added onto.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds are acceptable for the following:
- If an item has been shipped prior to a message requesting for cancellation, please mark "Refused, Return to Sender" on package, you will be refunded for cost of item only, I cannot refund shipping costs. - If an item is unwanted during transit, please refer to the first response. - If an item is damaged, you MUST return the item to me within 48 hours, with a tracking number, I must be contacted prior to you doing so, and I must be provided the tracking number, you are responsible for shipping fees. - If an item is lost due to Post Office, please message me immediately so we can start the claim process, there is a 30 day window for you to receive your item per the Post Office before the claim can be submitted, I will do everything I can to help you get your item located and for you to be reimbursed, although I am not responsible for lost items, and I cannot refund you for lost items, this is the Post Office's issue that will be dealt with accordingly, with my help! - Custom orders can absolutely NOT be returned for any reason, I would suggest you purchase insurance in case of damage due to the Post Office, I cannot refund you for any custom orders.
