The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
All items that are personalized are not eligible for refund UNLESS:
-The shop fails to complete an order as purchased
-The shop does initials in the incorrect format (only with proof that the customer did not give the initials to the shop in the wrong order)

NO CANCELATIONS ARE ACCEPTED. ONCE AN ORDER IS PLACED WE BEGIN WORKING ON IT. THESE ARE PERSONALIZED ITEMS THAT WE CANNOT RESALE, SO WHEN A PURCHASE IS MADE THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO CANCELATIONS.

-ALL MONOGRAMMED BOOTS, CONVERSE, SANDALS, ETC. ARE FINAL SALES!!! NO refunds will be given for any reason other than us putting the incorrect monogram or thread color on them.
-We do not refund an item if the sizing is too large/small.
-If a customer orders an item with a certain color thread, vinyl, or shirt, and we are out of that color, we will offer another color to the customer. If the customer accepts the new color, then there will be no refunds on that item for the color being wrong.
-No refunds will be made on vinyl items (stickers, hairties, or vinyl tshirts) unless the order of initials are wrong.
-All fonts are picked at random for items, unless customer states otherwise. Most fonts are listed in the item picture.
-If a customer is iffy about a color of an item, our shop is more than happy to send a picture of the product. Thus saying, our shop is not responsible for a color not being the same color that the customer pictured before ordering.
-If a product is damaged during shipment, our shop will refund as long as legitimate pictures are provided and it is within three days of receiving the order.
-if a customer receives the wrong size,initials, color etc. then the shop has the right to ask if the customer would kindly send the item back, In place of a correct one. This allows the shop to be able to resale that item or make something new of it and not be out their money for that particular item. A full refund on the shipping costs will be returned to the customer for shipping back the product.
Shipping
Once an item is shipped, it is out of our hands. We are more than happy to provide a tracking number whenever one is requested. If the product is not delivered, it is between the customer and the USPS to find a solution. All shipments are shipped to the address provided by the customer. If a customer provides a wrong address and we ship it, then it is between the customer and USPS to solve the issue. We will re-ship any items for an additional shipping fee if this is ever the case.

FAQ:
Do the shirts fit true to size?
When we state that they are unisex, that means that they are made to fit both men and women. This means that they run bigger in size and are not fitted.

What is the turnaround time?
The turn around time is usually the exact same as the "ship by" date. Every now and then this can vary, depending on if the item is in stock or not.

How come you will not accept returns on personalized items?
Items that are personalized cannot be undone, meaning that we cannot resell the product unless we get lucky and have a customer with the same initials and size (very rare).

Why do you ask us to send back an item that is done wrong on the shop's fault?
We kindly ask that the customer ship back any good that was either messed up or personalized with the wrong information because we use those items for display in our shop. We also record all items that are returned to us and do different things with them throughout the year such as donate them. We ALWAYS refund the customer on what it costs them to ship the item back to us.

Why does everyone like Comfort Color better?
Comfort Color is a brand known for a comfortable, worn look. It is used a lot in sorority/fraternity clothing. They offer a lot of different colors that are unique to its brand. Comfort Colors wash well and get softer with age. Comfort Color shirts/tanks/sweatshirts do tend to run different depending on the color/size you choose. For Example: a large red may fit different than a large navy, or two medium reds may have different lengths. We are not sure of why this is, and most of the time it is barely noticeable.
