2 out of 5 starsI purchased for a small video camera for rv needed a bag that wouldn’t scratch lens in title it says flannel. I thought that’s what I needed. When I received it I looked inside the pouch and felt. iIt was ruff, very disappointed. I purchased this for the reason it had flannel. It is not soft at all. I reached out to the owner. She replied it was flannel I guess cheap I don’t know. More for makeup who would care if it had flannel in for makeup. Anyway now I need to purchase some real flannel ir sheep skin. I’ve never had any problems with Etsy before til now.

What do I do if my package was marked as "Delivered" but I didn't receive it?
If you have not received your order and it is marked on your order tracking as "Delivered", it may have been stolen. Any mail that is suspected to be stolen must be reported by the buyer to their local post office. Mail theft is a federal offense, and an official report should be filed with your post office and local police. Etsy sellers are not responsible for refunding stolen items once they are marked as delivered.
