I love my new apron! The quality is great, it's the perfect size and there's plenty of room in the front pocket. What I love most is that the print was made from a very cool illustration by Daughterfish's husband. That's one talented team...!

PLEASE NOTE: Each item in my shop is made by me and by hand, so no two items are absolutely identical. That's part of the beauty and uniqueness of my designs. Please allow for slight variances from what is shown in made-to-order photos.

Payment
Payment should be made immediately at the time of purchase, via PayPal, unless other arrangements have been agreed upon beforehand. Through PayPal, I gladly accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. You do not need a PayPal account to purchase from my store. However, if you do have a PayPal account, you may use it.

If after 3 days payment is not received, and I have had no communication with you regarding your payment/order, I will cancel the sale to recoup my fees. Thanks for your understanding and prompt payments!
Shipping
I'm happy to ship anywhere, anytime, and with any method you prefer. I'll also include a gift note if your purchase is to be sent directly to a gift recipient.

* Excluding custom orders, I ship within 3 business days. Of course, this excludes postal holidays and weekends. I will also let you know if there will be an unusual delay. I want you to receive your beautiful handmade garment as quickly as possible!

*If an item is not in stock, or made to order, I will specify in the listing the number of days I'll need to make it before shipping.

*PACKAGING: I ship in sturdy Priority Mail shipping envelopes.

*SHIPPING ADDRESSES: Don't forget to double check your listed shipping address. If your Etsy or PayPal shipping address is incorrect, please let me know at time of purchase so that I can ship your package to your current address. If your PayPal and Etsy addresses don't match, I will send your package to your ETSY shipping address as a default, provided at time of purchase, unless you let me know otherwise. I just want to get the goods where you want them to go!

SHIPPING FOR DOMESTIC/U.S. CUSTOMERS

* All packages are sent via USPS Priority Mail.

* Once I send an item, it's at the mercy of the post office. If you would like to include shipping insurance, I recommend it. Please email me prior to your purchase, and I can send you a PayPal invoice that includes the additional cost. I do not reimburse or replace items lost during shipping.

FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

I will ship anywhere! Please convo me and I will give you a shipping quote.

Please note that international customers are responsible for any/all customs fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping to their respective countries.
Refunds and Exchanges
I realize that clothing must be tried on to know if you really like the fit, and I want you to be happy with each garment you purchase from my shop.

For ready-to-wear pieces, made in standard sizes, I accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of your receiving the item. Items must be unworn and in their original condition. Please notify me immediately if you would like to return or exchange an item.

My standard sizes reflect actual body measurements, not the measurements of the clothes. If you're not sure how to properly take your measurements, please refer to this measurement chart, or convo/email me with questions.

For custom-made items, I cannot accept refunds or exchanges. I do, however, want you to be happy with your garment, so if you're not 100 percent tickled, please convo or email me and we can work something out.

All return shipping fees and postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. I cannot provide refunds for items lost or damaged on their way back to me.
