Have you ever seen an item that just HAD to be yours? Well this purse is that item for me! I absolutely LOVE this purse! It’s extremely well made, the craftswomanship is phenomenal. Saige even made me a custom strap so I can wear it as a crossbody bag. To say I’m very pleased with my purchase would be an understatement, I feel like a kid on Christmas morning. Daughters of the Forge

WHO ARE WE?
-----------------------
We're Hephaestus' daughters, smithed in the mighty forge. Wrought in fire, quenched in snow, tempered by the driving winds of the South sea, the Daughters of the Forge were born!

...Or maybe we're just a mother and her two daughters trying to start a business and bring back the artisan lifestyle. Our "forge" is our family, serving not only as inspiration but also as helping hands late into the night. Our goal is to make beautiful, long-lasting pieces that respect the environment and the resources used in creation. We also just wanna make really cool things.

OUR PROCESS

We mix traditional methods with digital fabrication tools in our home workshop and local makerspace. Our bevvy of machines includes Rumple the MK2 Prusa 3D Printer, Bessie & Nessie the hand presses, Calcifer the laser, and Tik Tok the CNC Router. All items are hand finished from sanding to staining to sealing under the baleful glare of a TV playing bad movies on Netflix.

Worked for over 30 years as a multimedia designer and consultant. She currently runs a Mobile Maker Space. By night, however, her distinguished persona gives way to her utter geekdom as she shovels the latest comics and craft videos into her soul.

Wielder Of The Hammer And Instagram

Is garnering a collection of geeky tattoos from the things she loves most including the Normandy from Mass Effect and the Triforce from LoZ. She spends her daylight hours barking at people in a kitchen and her nights slaughtering foes in Overwatch.

Finagler Of The 3D World And Rumple

Has dabbled in many artistic endeavors including illustration, design, & video game art. She pretends to be a steampunk adventuress while working at an antique store and volunteers at a cat shelter to bring about world peace.

Maker Of Art And Tamer Of Dragons

Brooklyn-based artist who is currently in three different Dungeons and Dragons campaigns (if you count Critical Role, which we do). When not illustrating for leather, she makes artwork for comics and roleplaying games.
