This necklace is so gorgeous! So pleased with this original work of art jewelry from Dave! Made with the original glass from the car in the movie It’s a Mad Mad Mad Mad World! Proudly wearing my Ethel Merman necklace with one of her funniest scenes from the movie! Even at the end of the movie she still stole the show!! Highly recommended! Thanks Dave!

Thank you so much for this Ozsome print! Love how the Wicked Witch serves as a frame for the "We must be up inside the cyclone, Toto" scene.

About

TIME FOR MAD, MAD, MAD, MAD CELEBRATORY ITEMS

These authentic movie artifacts should belong to people who love the movie or simply wish to own a piece of motion picture history. No problem if they also want to own them just because they love the individual art piece.

Thanks to the reference material from owning a movie on DVD or video, filming locations can more easily be found. Generally by matching the mountains (that seldom change) areas where filming took place can be pinned down. This is the case for finding IT'S A MAD, MAD, MAD, MAD WORLD's opening sequence car crash remains that had been there since 1962. A search like this would not have been possible when movies could only be viewed in theaters or on TV.

After working 20 years in animation (THE LITTLE MERMAID, BEAUTY AND THE BEST, ALADDIN, CHRISTMAS VACATION, titles, HONEY I SHRUNK THE KIDS titles, THE PRINCE AND THE PAUPER [Mickey Mouse], Paula Abdul's OPPOSITES ATTRACT video, HE-MAN, SHE-RA, and plenty of good projects you won't remember) I set out to find my favorite movie's starting point.

Although I expected to find the crash site, I did not expect to find pieces of 1957 Ford Fairlane 500.Mostly glass turned aqua by the desert sun remained along with what is pictured above.

I'm currently working on a locations section for Criterion's box set release of this movie, I'm grateful the Kramers mention my work at the end of this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KbzEyIT5FCs
