Items are shipped within three business days. All domestic packages are sent USPS, or FED-EX with delivery tracking number. Insurance is optional upon request. I'm not responsible for shipping problems after the item(s) have left USPS or FED-EX. Please contact USPS or FED-EX for information if your package doesn't arrive when the tracking information claims it has. Any package shipped to a different address must be confirmed through a separate ETSY conversation verifying address change.
