I cannot say how happy I am with David's painting. It is masterfully done. Really sure, artful brushstrokes, great composition, lovely use of color . . .It is a real treasure. I am so happy I clicked "buy".

Captures the sea, sand, coastal plain and background highland better than any representative watercolor I've seen--I know the artist lives there and his titled it accordingly, but I'd know this was Santa Cruz if he called it "untitled." Also see David Keuter's abstract art, which informs this identifiable place in way similar to the work of Diebenkorn.
