Communicated with shop owner and discussed olor change option previous to purchasing and owner told me colors would not be an issue then advised to check out using listing and notate changes. I also asked about paying for expedited shipping (and did) Then, days later (after it was already supposed to be made and shipepd) the owner tells me they dont have the material to make the item and notes that the color i the listing is different then what I wanted ("No S*** --that is what we discussed"). Then, she brings up ship time and how it will most likely not arrive on time ("Of course, you didn't complete the order days ago as you should have and are shipping it late".) My advice, double or triple check with seller for any custom orders. The only nice thing I can say about this they process refunds quickly.

This customer DID NOT check with me before ordering. She ordered one that is listed in my shop and THEN sent a message "telling" me to paint it purple. I told her that I don't have purple ones at this time as these are painted ahead of time and I don't have that color for base coating. I did offer to paint the name and change the ribbons to purple. She then took a "screenshot" of a pink one that I typically have and I assumed that I still had it in stock. When I realized that I did not have that one either, I informed her that I CANNOT even get that paint at this time (beyond my control) and offered her a refund or to make another design. She also states that she paid for expedited shipping. In 22 years selling online, I've never offered expedited shipping. I've always gladly just shipped early when possible.
