Added a request to add cat charms and Dawn not only put a few on but couple extra cute animals, then sent me a picture before sending just to make sure I was satisfied. USPS really let her down by delaying shipping by 21 days, but she kept in touch with me and offered an interim solution if needed. I'd definitely buy from her again.
