I'm so sorry you weren't satisfied with the Team Colors earrings! The gold crystals are a kind of clear gold-tinted bead instead of the solid gold you may have expected. Though they are the exact same pair pictured in the listing. Also the french hooks and loops used for the earrings in this listing are a darker, less shiny silver. But tarnished loops are certainly not up to my standard, and I apologize if I overlooked that. Please feel free to contact me and return the earrings for a refund.
