Most bracelets and necklaces can be adjusted for length. The best way to determine what size you want is to measure a piece of your existing jewelry with a ruler or measuring tape.

Some items may be customized for color or theme. It doesn't hurt to ask and I will accommodate you if I can. Custom orders will incur an additional fee depending on the time and materials needed to create them. Once a custom order is agreed upon and begun, it cannot be cancelled or returned.

Most metals will lose their shine with time. Gold-plated and silver-plated items are less expensive for a reason - the plating wears off with use, exposing duller base metal beneath. Skin oil, sweat and exposure to the elements hasten this process. Gold-filled and silver-filled items tend to last about five times as long as plated items, and solid silver and gold should last forever with the proper care. Argentium silver contains more silver than sterling silver and is about eight times less likely to tarnish. I include tarnish-resistant storage bags with all of my jewelry, and encourage customers to use them. We've all left our jewelry sitting out and seen how quickly it can lose its shine!

Due to COVID & reduced funding, USPS shipping times have increased & tracking has become less reliable. You cannot rely on Etsy's automatically generated delivery dates. I will do my best to get your package out by the specified time, but I have no control from there. Some sellers have reported delivery delays up to 3 weeks, and tracking that remains in "Pre-Transit" & does not update. This is not happening with every package, and yours may very well arrive as expected. However, if you are unwilling to wait for a potentially delayed package, please upgrade your shipping.
