Instant download items cannot be changed, and refunds will not be issued on these items.
Due to the custom nature of our designs and our high volume sales, absolutely NO REFUNDS will be issued. We understand things change, mistakes are made, etc. That being said, we will always work with you to correct any errors and ensure your satisfaction. If there is a problem with your order, please send us a message as soon as possible so we can work with you towards a resolution. Most times, orders are sent to the lab immediately following final proof approval. If changes are necessary after the proof has been approved, the cost of reprints will apply.
If you have ordered a print item and it has arrived damaged, please send us a message with the description of the damage and a photo of the product and packaging. We do our best to ensure your order is well packaged to arrive safely, but mishandling through the post office does occur at times and is out of our control. However, your order will be reprinted and shipped immediately, if applicable.
Shop credit for future invite orders may be issued at our discretion.
PROOFS: are issued within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, for designs currently in our shop. Please use the following schedule for an estimate.
If you order:
by 5pm Monday : Proof will be issued before 10pm Wednesday CST
by 5pm Tuesday: Proof will be issued before 10pm Thursday CST
by 5pm Wednesday: Proof will be issued before 10pm Friday CST
by 5pm Thursday: Proof will be issued before 10pm Monday CST
by 5pm Friday: Proof will be issued before 10pm Tuesday CST
Saturday or Sunday: Proof will be issued before 10pm Wednesday CST
Proofs for CUSTOM orders, or M2M items, are sent within 3-5 business days.
RUSH: Need it in a hurry? No problem! Our RUSH listing guarantees proofs within 12 hours for designs already in our shop (if complete order/info/photos are received by 8pm Central, otherwise proofs are issued by 6pm the following day), or within 36 hours for custom orders.
If the listing is not available, please Etsy convo me your request and I will let you know when it will again be available (usually within a few hours).
Please be sure to include all required information upon payment in the "notes to seller section" - a phone number is helpful in time sensitive situations in case we need to contact you with any questions.

Your photos deserve the best quality invitations, and we want to ensure you receive high quality printed press products - which are not available at your local box stores! Our quality cannot be beat, and our prints will impress! Compare our pricing to competitive pro online printers such as Mpix.com or Shutterfly.com. Our prints always include heavy, premium 5x7 white envelopes for FREE with every invitation print order.

Add the item(s) to your cart. In the notes to seller section on checkout, please include the information for your order as detailed in the listing.
If you need RUSH service, I am happy to provide it! Please purchase our RUSH listing fee, and your order will be moved to the front of the line. We guarantee turn-around time with RUSH orders, and there is only ever ONE Rush listing available in our shop at a time. Please see the RUSH listing for complete details.
For faster processing, please attach your photos to an Etsy convo. These can be easily searched through your account, vs trying to figure out which email belongs to your order. Please include original, unedited (un-cropped, etc) files. Please do not send photos taken with your phone camera as these photos typically do not print well. Please do not send photos that you have edited (instagram, changed color, cropped, etc). Send only original photos! I will absolutely NOT use photos that contain the photographer's watermark. If the photographer has given you a copyright release for the photo, they will also provide you with a high resolution, unmarked photo. NO EXCEPTIONS! It is also acceptable to email your photos; however, please send only one photo per email. It is not uncommon for your photos to get hung up at your email server due to size restrictions/limitations.
DISCLAIMER: By sending us your photo(s), you are acknowledging that you have full copyright ownership or a release from the photographer to use/print the photo. We will not use photos that you do not have explicit rights to (watermarked photos are copyrighted to the photographer). Most photo labs will require a copy of the release form before your cards will be printed. If you are ordering prints through us, please send a copy of the release form with your photo(s). If you are the photographer, please sign a statement allowing Dazzle Design Graphics to print your photo(s). If you need a copy of a sample release form, we would be happy to provide it for you.

I use Etsy convos exclusively for contact to keep everything in one spot. I have 20-30+ open orders at any given time, and if I have to go looking in two or three different places for information, it gets very confusing and slows down the proof process. PLEASE CHECK YOUR ETSY EMAIL OFTEN once you order! If you have provided me with all of your event information/photos with your order, I often have proofs ready for you to see within a few hours. However, if I have to ask you for more details, it could turn those few hours into several days depending on my work load as I work on proofs in the order the information is received. Please allow 24 hours between communication to/from our shop for a response or receipt of your proof(s).
If you are purchasing a digital file listing, please understand that we cannot provide support with regards to printing. We know our own personal printers, and cannot help you troubleshoot different software programs or hardware devices. If you do not know how to print your files, please consider ordering our print services in lieu of the digital file.
* Mass production (over 200 copies per digital file, per client created) is prohibited.
* Corporate/Commercial use is prohibited without a commercial license. Not for resale. Please contact us for information on purchasing a commercial license.
* Graphics/.JPEG files may not be shared in part or in whole, and may not be sold online or in-store in any capacity individually or in a collection, under any circumstances.

We keep design files for 30 days following electronic delivery of your files, or from the date your print order is shipped. Once files have been deleted, if you need the file again or will require duplicate prints, you will have to repurchase the order as it will need to be re-created. Please ensure you save your file to your computer or tablet as soon as you receive it. Duplicate prints should be ordered as soon as possible once you have decided you will need additional prints.
