Thank you for your interest in DeAnna Claudette Jewelry. Please take the time to browse my shop of fashionable, one-of-a-kind jewelry.
I accept payments through PayPal. If payments to PayPal are made by check, jewelry will be shipped once the payment clears. Please pay for your order within 24 hours. You may also cancel your order within that time frame. If I've not heard from you within 24 hours, I will contact you to see if you are still interested in the purchase.
Please feel free to contact me if you are having any issues with checking out.
Your jewelry will arrived wrapped in tissue paper, and/or bubble wrap when required, packed in a sturdy box, wrapped with craft paper.
Unless otherwise requested, all orders will be shipped via USPS Priority mail. Signature confirmations will be required. Items will be insured up to $50 at no additional cost to the buyer. Buyer must purchase any additional insurance, by request.
International buyers are is responsible for any duties, customs and taxes levied by your country.
While most orders will be shipped within 2 business day, please allow up to 4 business days for your jewelry to be shipped. If you desire expedited shipping, this service is available for a charge of $5. Expedited Shipping is an order shipped within 1 business day. (And, please remember - orders paid via PayPal by check will take longer to receive.)
Please make sure your Etsy address is correct when you checkout. I will send all shipments to this address and not your Paypal address.
Refunds and Exchanges
It's important to me that you are happy, but if for any reason you are not pleased with your jewelry, I allow 5 business days, upon receipt of the item, to return your jewelry for a full refund, including shipping costs.
Prior to the refund, I would love the opportunity to fix whatever is wrong with your order. We can discuss exchanges or repairs where needed.
Because my items are one of a kind, if an item is damaged there is often no way to replace it. With that in mind, I will be happy to:
attempt a repair of any damages; attempt to create a similar item, if possible; or exchange the item for one of similar value.
