5 out of 5 starsThe photos of the jewelry in this shop does not do it justice. The quality of work and the customer service is outstanding. I would not hesitate to make a purchase again. Highly would recommend to anyone.

5 out of 5 starsI adore the tanzanite/diamond/platinum ring that my husband & I purchased from De Luna Gems. Communication was excellent throughout the experience - and the ring arrived in the MOST incredible packaging! Clearly, De Luna Gems appreciates its customers and takes great pride in the fine jewelry that it sells. I highly recommend buying from De Luna Gems.

2 out of 5 starsThe ring is beautiful. However the stone fell out about 5 days after I got it. I messaged the seller who made me feel like I was rough with it, suggesting it was banged or caught on something. It clearly was not. She offered to refund me $50 for repairs locally or to send it back to her and she would repair for free. I did not feel comfortable with her repairing because I felt the stone should not have fallen out in a matter of days. My local jeweler felt the stone was a little to big for the setting. He showed me where the prongs and been filed down on the inside and that what was left likely was inadequate to hold the stone. It was repaired at a cost of a little over $100. I then contacted the seller asking for the additional money to be refunded. She declined and felt it was my cost because I had it repaired locally.

I am very disappointed you made these false, misleading and disparaging statements about me and my shop. I was sorry to hear you damaged your ring 3 weeks after receiving it, per your Etsy convo. Your photo clearly showed a bent prong and not flawed workmanship. Despite this, I made every effort to assist you and offered to repair your damages at no cost. Instead, you chose a $50 refund for a minor local repair. Note that in order to set a gemstone, prongs are cut and shaped to fit the stone. This is not a flaw and I stand by my work. A month later, you demanded an additional $100 for a local repair bill ($150 total refund- more than you state you actually paid). This was for custom work to change/re-style the head – not a repair. Despite your issues, I do hope you enjoy this beautiful ring.
