I was a little disappointed in how different the ring looks from the photo. I understood the stone would be different but the band appears thinner and the prongs the stone is sitting in look nothing like the photo. My. And is also bent at a bit of an angle. The photo is lovely. The ring I received is ok. I did want it for my middle finger and so I ordered a size 10. If larger sizes are going to be significantly thinner, I believe the listing should read as such.

How did it all begin?

I've been making jewelry for 27 years and I love it more than ever! I feel lucky to be able to make a ring using high quality gems and recycled gold and silver and offer it in my store.
My customers are amazing: stories of surprise engagements, special pieces for treasured friends or a piece you can't live without , I love hearing what brings you here.

I began in Berkeley where I learned to make jewelry for a respected jeweler. I was what's called a " jeweler's jeweler" , I did soldering, hammering, polishing and forming for the main jeweler. What an education! Then I studied at the Revere Academy , Mendocino Jewelry program and college of Marin to refine and expand my skills.

Eighteen years ago, I began my own business selling high quality unique designs and have never looked back. I use 14K and 18K Gold as well as Sterling Silver and am always happy to make a special piece for you. Thanks for looking!
