Holy smokes was this fast, but it's well-crafted and perfect for when I'm doing outdoor justice services (or indoor, but this has just enough heft to it that it can hang out in the elements with me). Highly recommend if you're looking for a clear, queer justice stole.

Turning a lifetime passion into a business!

Ordained as a Chaplain in 2010 I made my first stole for myself. Then it occurred to me that there may be others needing something simple too.

I started sewing when I was in 4th grade after years of watching my mother with her drapery business. My dad was an interior decorator / builder so our house was full of creativity.

By Jr. High I had saved enough money from babysitting to buy my first sewing machine and believe it or not, it's still working great! When I was in High School I made mostly everything I wore, then my wedding dress, the kids clothes and Halloween costumes.

But I never thought there would be an avenue as great as Etsy to turn this talent into a business. A friend of mine at church told me about it and here I am!
