Handmade With Love

It all started when I was a little girl, really. I was about seven when I began making clothes for my dolls. I also made something for the tooth fairy once. I never heard back from her, so I'm not sure how she liked her new outfit and sleeping bag.

With two daughters ten years apart and three sons in the middle, I had the wonderful pleasure of making a lot of clothes for my daughters and some for my sons. My favorite decade is the 70s and often the clothes I make for my granddaughters now reflect my love of the fashions of that era.

My passion for sewing really caught fire when I made my first YouTube tutorial in 2009. After that first video, I wanted to challenge myself to try something new (sewing) and each project became the jumping off point for the next. I got rid of the majority of my store bought sewing patterns years ago and began creating my own. I just find it easier to work with an idea if I start completely from scratch. I love making handbags, but, in case you haven't had a look around my shop, I like making a little bit of everything. My youngest child, Daisy is my muse. Many of the things I make are inspired by something Daisy asked me to make for her.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Approximate measurements are given in all of my listings (where applicable). Please, be aware of your own measurements before purchasing.

I do not offer refunds on custom orders. Please, be sure that what you are asking for is what you want. And remember that all of my items are handmade. Each handmade item may differ sightly from the last.

Items Damaged By Carrier :
If your order is damaged in transit, please retain the package and the damaged items. Insurance is provided at no cost (up to $50 value) on all Priority Mail shipments. The USPS requires photographic proof of damage in order to file a claim.
Paypal & Etsy Direct Checkout are the only payment methods I accept at this time.

If you are in Montgomery, Moore, Randolph, Richmond or Stanly County in North Carolina and you want to pick up your order, you can choose the "Other" payment option to pay in cash or Postal Money Order at the time of pickup. No personal checks. If you (the buyer) does not contact me within 24 hours to arrange a pickup date, your order will be cancelled.

I can only ship to your Etsy or Paypal registered/confirmed address. It is the buyer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address before completing an order.

I ship using USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail. All orders are shipped with Delivery Confirmation. Orders over $100 will include signature confirmation.

Orders typically ship within 3 to 5 days of payment completed (this does not include custom orders which can take longer and will be negotiated before transaction is completed).

I work two day jobs, but I try my very best to package and ship orders as quickly as possible.

Note that shipping to countries outside the U.S. have longer transit times. Please, know your customs policies and take into consideration the amount of time it takes for a package to arrive to you. If you have not received your package within a reasonable amount of time, please contact me BEFORE leaving a review.

Please, be aware of your own country's customs fees and tax value fees, etc. It is buyer's obligation to pay these fees and is NOT seller's responsibility. I will not reimburse or refund any customs fees or tax fees charged in your specific country.

I am happy to do custom orders.

Custom Orders require 100% of payment before your order creation can begin. Turn around time depends on the how many orders I have ahead of your order (I do get quite a few local orders), but I work diligently to complete all orders within a reasonable time frame. Requesting a custom order is not the same as paying for a custom order. Paid orders begin and are completed in the order in which they were received.

Each item is handmade by me, Stephanie Gomez and slight variations are expected.
