Love the book and puzzle! And excellent customer service - got a handwritten note from the seller!

I have been on the lookout for Bengali children books for my son and was a little disappointed in what was available. It seems that the space is still filled with books that haven't really changed since I was a kid in terms of artwork style, material quality, and english transliteration. I was looking forward from ordering the alphabet and numbers book from DearProdigy - and it hit expectations when it arrived! The artwork is colourful and modern, the cardboard used made it durable and it fit in with my son's other books and it had english transliteration. The english transliteration is key for me as, similar to many other 2nd gen immigrant parents, I'm not a fluent bengali reader but I still wanted to expose my children to an important aspect of my culture. My one feedback is that I wish there was more transliteration.

Beautiful print! I wanted an accent piece to compliment the Bangla section of my shelf and this one fit the bill perfectly. I may change the frame to a pine later but for now I am happy. Shipping was super fast. Thank you for the work you’re doing, oh and we both have the Shonku Somogro, haha!

This is a wonderful product and my second purchase from Dear Prodigy. It is very well made of high quality materials with a lot of attention to detail. I was specifically looking for educational Bengali products that have the phonetic pronunciation in the Roman alphabet. I can't read Bangla very well so this helps immensely. What also love is that each puzzle piece is a letter. If the word has three letters, it is made of three puzzle pieces. I thought this was very well thought out. Can't wait for them to release more products. I'll be buying them!

Lovely to have a board book for my baby and the English glosses are helpful for my older daughter to learn the alphabet!

Such a beautiful and thoughtful book. Well crafted with very good selection of words to represent the letters. I specifically purchased because it has English phonetics for the Bangla, which is hard to find. Thank you so much I hope for more educational products soon.
