DebbyAremDesigns' Shop Policies
Welcome to DebbyAremDesigns, where we offer you truly one of a kind items - both functional and practical- made from recycled circuit boards. Many times other recycled items have been added for interest and detai,l such a recycled jewelry components, scrap metal from scrap metal recycling facilities, and sometimes even electrical components.
All the recycled circuit boards that we use were saved from being dumped in landfills 20 years ago at a time when the hazards of recycling electronic products were not recognized, as they are today!
Many times we don't know what these boards were originally manufactured to do but they could have been made for products ranging from computers to telephones, microwave transmitters and other electronic devices.
We believe that every circuit board that we can save and "re-purpose", is one more circuit board that wasn't destroyed in a potentially dangerous way.

I am always willing (if my inventory permits ) to do a reserve listing for you if you are interested in a larger number of a certain item. Etsy convos are the fastest way to contact us as I check my email multiple times a day!

We always strive to have a quick turn-around of no longer than 72 hours from the time we receive your order and payment. If there are ever extenuating circumstances where we will not be able to ship within 72 hours I will have a notice up in my shop to that effect, or will contact you personally.
We currently accept Direct Checkout, PayPal and RME. RME is a new payment processor like PayPal. Just check "other" for payment when you check out and send me your RME e-mail in " notes to seller " and I will send you an invoice.**$$$**
If PayPal notifies me that you have paid by check, I will ship your items when your check clear,s which usually takes about 5 business days.

I will always send an email letting you know when your items are being shipped.
If you purchase an item and 5 days goes by without payment, I will contact you to ask if there is a problem. Sometimes people think they have clicked the' final click' to check out and haven't. I am more then happy to help you through the check out process if you are confused so don't hesitate to contact us.
We try to ship within 72 hours of receiving payment. Insurance will add a bit more depending on the value of your purchase.
We can insure both DOMESTIC and INTERNATIONAL packages. We use USPS insurance and also third-party coverage, which allows us to mail items by First Class Mail and get insurance for full value. USPS First Class Mail cannot be tracked once it leaves the USA, and items cannot be insured unless they are shipped via Priority or Express Mail (which is rather expensive). However, some countries are NOT COVERED by third-party insurance plans. We will let you know if this applies to an order you have placed in our shop, and work with you to ship as safely and cost-effectively as possible. Priority Mail to Canada and Mexico starts at about $20 (small flat rate box) or $29 for a normal package, and to other countries it varies, so please contact us if you need a quote for this kind of shipping. Maximum insured value for a flat rate box is $400.
Priority mail within the USA is $5.50 FOR UP TO 1 lb. of merchandise. Priority mail over 1 pound varies in cost with destination up to about $12.00 for a 3-pound package to California, for example. Please email us if you require any of these options.
** PLEASE NOTE: We ship most items First Class - large heavy items always however must go Priority Mail because first class only applies to packages up to 13 ounces. However, an item normally shipped by first class can be shipped Priority Mail, if you'd like to pay for additional postage. Please put a note to me in your order if you'd like to do this and I will be in touch to send an invoice for the additional postage once I see what you have ordered!
Priority Mail to Canada and Mexico starts at $10.00 and to other countries at $24.00.

Refunds and Exchanges
All our recycled circuit board products are inspected one by one before being shipped. They are individually wrapped to protect them and we even use recycled packing materials whenever possible. We recycle padded envelopes and bubble wrap.
If you ever have a problem with an item you have purchased , don't hesitate to contact us. We are only human, and with so many orders going out on a daily basis, there is always room for error. We will replace your damaged item, issue you a store credit, or give you a full refund if the item is returned in the same condition in which it was shipped and within 7 days of receiving your order if you are not fully satisfied.

We do wholesale orders and have a minimum $250 purchase to qualify as such. Please be ready to provide us with all necessary tax I.D. information.
