My creations can only be bought through me in my Etsy Shop and as a One of a Kind creations they are not available in other stores.

I offer complementary UPS Ground Shipping with tracking and insurance within the 48 contiguous United States.
The Tracking number is promptly provided after shipping.
Each piece of art is professionally and carefully packed with care by our shipping carrier to ensure your order arrives in a safe and timely manner.
Generally processing time is one to two business days for shipping for most items, the date of shipping will be also specified on your receipt.
Please be kindly advised that although I ship within the processing times stated on the order page (or sooner) that I am not responsible for any potential delays with shipping caused by the shipping carrier, however please rest assured that I will be following the journey of your parcel containing your order, and I will be of assistance in tracking the order to ensure safe delivery.

I purchased this one for my daughter (she loves it) to carry in the mall (Sephora and Ulta...LOL) while shopping. I intend to get one for myself as well. Also, Deborah states that she needs 2 weeks for completion, BUT I let her know this was for a birthday and arrived in time (week and a half) PERFECT! Love her art work/shop please visit. Frequently asked questions
RETURNS:
I do not accept returns, in case of any problems please contact me within 3 days from the reported date of delivery. (Tracking is provided upon shipping of your order).
REFUNDS ON DAMAGED ITEM:
Tracking and insurance are provided with shipping.
Every single order is packed carefully to ensure perfect delivery, however, in the unfortunate case that the order will be delivered with damaged contents please contact me as soon as possible.
I will strive to work promptly with the buyer.
Pictures of the damaged item and the packaging are required in order to file a claim.
The customer is required to bring the damaged item to the shipping company specified for inspection as required by the claim and if needed.
Please note that a replacement or a refund cannot be issued if the customer fails to bring the damaged item to the shipping carrier for eventual inspection.
All refunds are processed and sent once the claim is completed.
SHIPPING ESTIMATES:
All items in stock (not custom orders) are processed and ship within the processing times stated on the item order page.
Tracking is promptly provided after shipping.
Although the expected delivery date is stated by Etsy on the item page, please understand that the expected delivery date cannot be guaranteed due to potential shipping carrier delays due to Covid '19 and the weather.

I create original paintings, realistic art dolls, one of a kind Objets d'Art and couture decor in my own Art Studio.
Each item offered in my Etsy Shop is an exclusive One of a Kind Original Art and also handcrafted Objet d' Art and it cannot be exactly reproduced.
I paint with my very own artist made paints and each objet d'art can differ from a similar piece created previously.
My creations listed in my Etsy Shop are truly one of a kind and they won't be reproduced identically a second time so when the customer acquires one of my pieces it is a uniquely handcrafted piece of art ready to be displayed and enjoyed for many years to come.
SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE USA:
At this time I only ship to the United States - the lower 48 contiguous States and Canada.
Unfortunately, I am unable to ship to other countries unless specified and until further notice.
