I dream of gemstones...

Rocks and gems have interested me since I was little. My first foray into jewelry making started in the basement of my parent's home - making crosses out of scrap mahogany and feather earrings and hair adornments from supplies purchased at the craft stores.

As I got older, I was fascinated by gemstone beads and would relish a trip to the local bead store to shop for inspiration. Pearls, crystals, gemstones, Czech glass, metals... all fed my creative passion to create.

Over time, materials became easier to access and my appetite for beautiful stones was limited only by my budget. They became an investment of love. I began designing necklaces, earrings, bracelets, purse charms and pendants for friends and family. They always told me, "you should open a shop online!" and in 2012 I finally opened my etsy boutique!

I am grateful for the wonderful customers I've met here - from all over the world! It excites me to find the kindred spirits who adore beautiful gems and jewelry the way I do! I invite you to explore Deborah Durik Designs. I would love to create something specially for you!!

Welcome to DeborahDurikDesigns! I am very happy to finally be joining the Etsy community after having made jewelry for more than ten years. I've been told by my customers that I need to get my creations here, on Etsy, for all to see and buy! I am happy to be meeting so many unique and diverse creators, suppliers and buyers from all over the world!

Returns and exchanges
Returns/Refunds are accepted within 10 days of delivery (proof of delivery date). Your refund will be for the purchase price, less shipping, once item is returned to me. Please convo me in advance of leaving feedback if you have any concerns or problems. I would like to resolve any issues personally, as soon as possible. If any sizing adjustments or rework is required, a surcharge for extra materials will be deducted and will vary by item.

Gemstones, pearls, crystals and precious require careful handling and cleaning. Make it the last thing you put on after perfumes, lotions, clothes, hair sprays etc. Please cleanse any items that have residue from skin oils with a gentle cloth. Gentle soap only if there is a lot of buildup. Do NOT use TarnX products around pearls, corals and other porous stones. You can polish clasps with a simple polishing wipe or cloth that Bed Bath and Beyond carries. I use these a lot. No water necessary!

PLEASE resist the urge to roll your bracelets over your hand as this stresses the connections and could cause breakage.

Please keep any sterling silver pieces in sealed plastic bags provided to help prevent tarnish.

Payment via Paypal or direct checkout via credit card is appreciated. Items will be shipped within 3 days of payment clearance. Michigan residents are subject to 6% sales tax.
Shipping
All items ship USPS First Class unless requested otherwise. Please contact me in advance of your purchase for a quote. In most cases, multiple items (combined) ship for one price ($4.00 USA, $8.00 International). Duties are the responsibility of international buyers.
