Most of the items I feature now are from my own home and family.
New for 2013, I decided to add some of my own original silk floral designs. A former floral designer for the Biltmore House in Asheville, NC, I wanted to add a few bouquets to the mix of the shop. Hope you like them.
DeborahsCloset accepts direct check out for purchases with VISA, Master Card, American Express and Discovery Credit Cards. PayPal and USPS Money Orders are also available as methods of payment.
Prompt payment is appreciated. Transactions will be cancelled and relisted after 4 days if payment has not been received. This applies to money orders being mailed to the shop.
All packages, both the US and International are shipped USPS First Class, Priorty Mail, and in some cases, Parcel Post, due to the rising cost of mailing.
Tracking is available upon request for a minimal fee. Tracking is unavailable for the International shipments once they leave the US.
I package every item with the utmost care due to the delicacy of some of the items. Only breakable items such as crystal, pottery, and things of that nature will be sent via insured mail.
The orders will be shipped to the address listed on your Etsy account. It is your responsibility to insure the correct address is listed.
You may be charged duty or customs fees if you are ordering outside of the US. I do not charge for these fees and it is not included in the price of your purchase. It is your responsibility to pay these charges when you receive your item(s).
Insurance is available for an extra fee. If insurance is requested, please email for a quote.
Refunds and Exchanges
DeborahsCloset wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. I inspect every item very carefully. In my shop I make a detailed description of each piece with accurate measurements and various photo's.
If additional information or photo's are requested, please email me and I will be happy to provide them. For this reason, please check measurements against a similar garment, shoes, etc. to ensure fit. At this time no returns, exchanges or refunds.
I do not give refunds for lost packages in the mail. All items are safely delivered to the USPS, once there they are the responsibility of the postal service. I retain all postal receipts and customs declaration receipts and will be glad to provide a copy upon request as proof of mailing your package.
