Hello, and welcome!!
I have been buying and selling on the internet in one form or another since 1999 so realize how important good service is. I try to treat all my customers as I would like to be treated myself.
As you can't actually see, feel and touch the items I list in my stores I try my best to describe them in minute detail. My mediocre photography skills usually don't do justice to the items I have for sale.
I check my email and convos many times a day so any questions should be answered promptly. Please remember this is an International Community and I live in the Mountain time zone in the United States. It may be the dead of night here when you contact me so it may be night by you when I reply.

The fastest way to pay for an item is through PayPal. It's integrated with Etsy and after you commit to buy you simply click the "Pay Now" button and follow the directions. A PayPal account isn't required to pay with a credit card. This is the only way I can accept Credit Card or International Payments.
A PayPal payment is appreciated at time of purchase and required within 3 days of sale or the transaction will be canceled and merchandise relisted. I will send a payment reminder after 24 hours. If you are having trouble with the payment system please contact me and I'll try my best to help.
If you reside in the US I'll also accept Postal money orders as I can cash them at the post office. Since I moved cross country my bank is over 1,500 miles away so accepting a check is impractical. Money Orders must be received within 7 days of purchase, so please mail them promptly.
I try my best to keep shipping prices reasonable by using the most economical method available. If you need your items quickly, please contact me before making payment and we can discuss alternative methods available and costs. I'll then send you an invoice with the corrected shipping price included.
I wrap smaller items in tissue paper and tie with yarn. Most items are shipped in Poly Mailers to keep the package as light as possible. If the item is over 13 ounces I will use a Priority Box only if the weight of the box won't increase the postage cost.
Delivery Confirmation is used on all items within the US. Heavier items may be shipped using UPS or Fedex in which case a physical address will be required before shipping.
I use First Class for International orders whenever possible. If the item is too large to qualify I will use a flat rate Priority box.
If your Etsy and PayPal address don't match I won't ship until I receive a confirmation from you letting me know where to send your package.
Any custom fees, tariffs, etc are the responsibility of the buyer.
Although I do my best to be accurate with my shipping costs on a single item, when multiple items are purchased the shipping costs seem to skyrocket. Not to worry.... I'll refund excess charges as soon as I pack and weigh your purchases.
Refunds and Exchanges
Like all sellers I want happy customers. If there's a problem with your item please contact me BEFORE leaving negative feedback. I'll work with you to make things right.
If an item needs to be returned contact must be made within 7 business days of receipt. Item must be returned in new, unworn condition. Returns are accepted for exchange or store credit. Return postage is the buyer's responsibility.
As custom orders are also custom sized or of an unusual nature, therefore exchanges aren't always possible but I'll do my best to work with you.

This is a gift giver friendly shop!! If you need your purchase shipped directly to the gift recipient, just let me know. I can even print up a simple gift card for you.
