What size should I order?
Measure the area you plan to place your decal, leaving some room on the edges for a buffer. Name stickers are measured across the width.
The most common size for water bottles is 5-6”.
Can I put it in the dishwasher?
Gentle hand-washing is recommended.
It is NOT recommended to soak, scrub, or microwave the decal.
Will the decal stick to ______?
Decals stick best to hard, non-porous surfaces such as plastic, glass, and metal.
They usually WILL NOT stick to soft covers, silicone, or fabric.
Can I receive my order by a certain date?
At checkout, you’ll see an estimated delivery range for standard shipping. There are also options at checkout for expedited shipping to ensure faster delivery.
My order says "delivered" / Where is my order?
The free shipping postage is only tracked when it goes through sorting machines at USPS facilities and is not scanned by mail carriers during delivery, so it shows as 'delivered' once it reaches the destination post office. This is also why it doesn't work on the USPS website.
Once USPS sorts their mail and gets it in route, it will make it to your mailbox in a white envelope within a few more business days.
