Please before opening a case contact us with the problem so we can solve it, a case would only make it way longer to resolve because Etsy has to come in between and that process can take up to 2 weeks before we reach a solution.

Updates:
Unfortunately, we reached a point that can't keep all customers personally up to date. We receive a lot of orders each month and sending updates to every single customer would require an extra person in our business. In the Netherlands, it's not that simple to just hire a person when we need one. So we rely on the system of Etsy, Etsy predicts and estimated shipping dates. These are not always accurate. If an order is going to be overdue we will update you personally. Please forgive us if the update takes longer than normal. We do our best but with COVID it is a very hectic time for us. We are chasing after our materials on a daily base trying to figure out when we receive everything. For this reason, we can't always give a specific date.

Shipping dates:
We get a lot of messages about (estimated) shipping dates. You can find your dates when you go to your purchases, there you will find all the dates. If the (estimated) date is not expired please wait by sending us messages about when it will ship or asking for an update. If the (estimated) date is expired we are more than happy to assist you with your questions.
The estimated dates can shift back and forth a couple of days, which is not done by us but by Etsy. When we shift a date you will receive a personal message along with the shift. So if you see a shift in days without a personal message it's done by Etsy.

Return to sender ( package not delivered )
If a package is not accepted or it was not possible to deliver the package to the recipient, the package will be sent back to us. Resending the package will cost the recipient 30$ ( this is what is charged to Decazi to resend the package )

Workaround times:
Our workaround times depend on the queue we have at this moment ( 26-11-2020) its very busy in our shop and we have a waiting list of 2/3 weeks that's how popular our rings are at the moment. This can be longer due to covid-19 we try to keep every one person up to date, but please forgive us if we are late with an update we did not forget you :).

Shipping times:
We use DHL express on-demand and the times from the moment you receive the SMS or email is 1-3 days ( with covid 1-5 days ) working days. It depends on where you live the further away from the longer it will take, for example, the UK is pretty close to us ( the Netherlands) so that only takes 1 working day. The US is an average of 3 days when shipped on Monday. In order to get full control over the shipping we need your phone number and email the system requires a minimum of a number. If a number is not provided we enter our own phone number, but the option to control shipping is lost, so make sure to leave your number in the personalization field or after purchase in a message to us, then we will add it as a note.

Quality:
Our rings are handmade from the Netherlands, Our rings are not Premade low quality as many rings on Etsy are ( that is against the TOS of ety's and can get a shop banned ). every single ring is made by hand on a lathe and that's also the reason you don't see our designs elsewhere. We designed them and are unique. A good reference is when you see "tungsten carbide" engraved on the inside of a ring, 99% chance it's not made by the seller but purchased in bulk.
Our ring bands are made from two different materials:
Tungsten:
One of the hardest metals on earth. It's a scratch-resistant material, hypoallergenic and waterproof.
Ceramic: This is a strong material that is light weighted, hypoallergenic and waterproof.

Care guide:
- Tungsten:
These super tough rings can be cleaned up with mild soap and water. Keep these away from harsh chemicals like (bleach, Lysol, etc.) Note to avoid a disaster be careful not to drop these onto a hard surface like tile floors.

- Ceramic:
These rings can also be cleaned up with mild soap and water. Keep these away from harsh chemicals like (bleach, Lysol, etc.) Ceramic is a soft material. We would advise to take them off by heavy lifting. Also be careful not to drop these onto a hard surface like tile floors.

- Damascus:
The materials used for these rings would be Damascus steel. To keep the cost low the rings are not 100% corrosion-free. The ring will age over time this means it can change color when the ring gets in contact with moisture. You can rub it in oil from time to time to keep the shine.

Warranty:
All of our rings come with a free LIFETIME WARRANTY. If your ring is damaged from normal wearing, we will repair/recoat it. We do ask that you pay a small fee to cover the shipping and insurance to send you the ring back.
We might ask that you send us your damaged/broken ring.

Shipping to the USA is around €27 = $32 US dollars
Shipping to Remote locations is around €52 = $62 US dollars

It is at your own risk to shipping the item back to us without a tracking code.

Returns:
We don't accept returns as every ring is made to order.

Exchanges:
We do accept exchanges. For an exchange we charge 20% + shipping.
Why? Well, we have to produce a completely new ring from start to finish, this takes time and materials.
(If a ring has been personalized/engraved, the ring can't be exchanged or returned!)

Free shipping:
We offer free shipping but keep in mind that the price for shipping is included in the price, we ship with DHL express.
This is exclusive remote locations.

-New Zealand
- Japan
- Mongolia
- South Africa
- Sweden
- Puerto Rico

(We can ship to a PO box but there is a signature required for the package. If there is no person available the package will be delivered without a signature. There is a risk of the package getting lost/stolen. The risk is for the receiver. We would advise to not choose a PO box to deliver the package to if it's unmanned)

Import Duty:
The recipient is always responsible for taxes or import duties, most countries do not charge duties because we keep the value low at 20$ but some countries are smarter than others and do a short research and discover that the price is actually higher. If we would enter the full value the duties would be a lot higher. We cannot control this is any way.

Hand sanitizers:
With the current COVID19 situation we can imagine that everybody uses hand sanitizers to disinfect their hands. We would advise you to take your jewelry off before you use the hand sanitizer. This is because there are a lot of different brands and proportions of the alcohol percentage in it. Some of these ingredients can give a caustic effect.

Prices and sales:
We can adjust prices and running sales at any time.
The prices can be increased by the scarce supply and the less availability of the materials or by the increased prices of the materials used in the rings.
We will refuse a sale if inappropriate language is used or if we are blackmailed.

Cancellations after 12 hours of purchase:
We don't accept cancellations after 12 hours of purchase. This is because after 12 hours of purchasing we start with the process/production of the ring.
If we decide to cancel an order after a discuss there will be calculated €20 = around $24 US restocking fee.

How Decazi was born

It all started with a proposal.

I was searching for the perfect ring for my also creative fiance, but it was way harder than I thought.
Because she is also a very creative person i didn't want a gold/silver/diamond ring.
So i contacted a shop that created a handmade wooden ring with very nice scenery in it, but unfortunately, they didn't do custom orders so that idea fell in the rain.
After a couple days i was thinking if they don't want to make one i will do it myself.
It was a long road of gathering all the things i need to create a perfect ring for my fiance.
After a long week, i managed to create a wooden ring with resin with inside 3 leaves of a plant that stood for engagement.
Now it was time to search for the right moment and the right place, we had a spot where we would go to when we wanted to escape the busy life. we were laying on a blanket watching the water and the sun that was going down.
At the moment i pulled a little wooden case out of my pocket and gave it to her without saying anything. She opens the box and was like ok thank you, she didn't understand until i said "i know i said that i never wanted to marry but you're special" and she started to cry very sweet (getting goosebumps while writing this ) and then she hugged me hard and started to bloom. this moment is one of the moments i will never forget.

At this moment Decazi was born with this proposal first with custom wooden engagement rings and now custom unique designs made of tungsten and much more.

Decazi stands for the first letters of my 3 kids.

Yes, we can make personalized tungsten rings for weddings, engagements or just for friendship.
We can change opal colors, the width of a ring band, the ring design, etc.

Sizing details

Make sure that you measure your finger correctly to purchase the right size. Tungsten and ceramic rings can't be resized due to their hardness.
We always advise going to a local jeweler or Walmart that sells rings and try on some ring sizes with a comfort finish on the inside.
We only make half sizes (US).

What is the delivery time?

Instead of a 12-20 days shipping time, the time we need now is just 1-3 days from the moment the item is picked up. WORLDWIDE. (Only on business days)

Can I add Engraving to my ring?

For engraving, we have a special listing available. Please do not use the "personalization field"!
We need that field for personal information in order to ship with DHL Express.

When an order has been engraved the ring is personalized and can't be exchanged. Make sure you order/know the right size.

Are our rings only for Men or also for Woman?

Our rings can be worn by men and women. The size and width can be adjusted as you wish, for the male a thicker ring and for the ladies a thinner ring. We can make the width 4mm-12mm depending on the design.
(The processing time for a different width can be different, please send us a message to ask about the possibilities)
So not only men's rings ;)

Can I Exchange my ring when it's too small/big?

We do accept exchanges.

If you ordered the wrong size we charge a small fee of 20% of the price you paid for the ring + the shipping costs. (€25-30 USA)
This is because tungsten cannot be resized. If the wrong size is sent and it's our fault (can simply be proven by images and a Mandrell ) a new ring will be sent free of charge.

Delayed rings

If a ring is delayed we will keep you informed as best as possible. Delays can happen due to customs and is beyond our power so please be patients if this happens you will get what you have payed for that's a promise.

Do we offer Free shipping? (exclusive remote locations)

We offer free shipping on all our products except for remote locations. These areas are harder to reach for our courier and they charge us 2/3 times as much for shipping then normal a small part of those extra costs is charged and the rest payed by us. You can choose for complete free shipping but it will be slow shipping 10-15 days.

Printing errors reserved

To increase workflow we copy listings and alter them. There is always a chance that we have made a typo or forgot to swap the used materials. Please if you are not sure what material it is send us a message. We don't have black tungsten so all black rings are standardly ceramic and all silver's rings are tungsten.
