Soy Ashley, propietaria y operadora de DecemberJanuaryDes, y tengo cinco bebés: tres hijos, una hija y esta tienda. (Bueno, ¡supongo que tengo seis bebés si cuentas a mi marido!)

Tengo más de 30 años y me encanta crear (¡OBVIAMENTE!), leer, ver o escuchar historias de crímenes reales, tocar música country clásica, cocinar (y tratar de no fallar) recetas que encuentro en Pinterest. , limpiar mi casa que nunca está realmente limpia (¡gracias, niños!) y visitar tiendas de segunda mano.

Doy clases de inglés universitario (escritura, literatura, gramática) a tiempo parcial durante los semestres de primavera y otoño.

Comencé a hacer manualidades con vinilo en 2016 después del nacimiento de mi primer hijo. Empecé principalmente a hacer cosas para él, pero pronto descubrí que hacer cosas para otros me produce una gran alegría. Entonces, después de que me despidieran del trabajo que tenía entonces, realmente comencé a concentrarme en vender las cosas que hago. Ahora, varios años después, dirijo esta pequeña empresa casi a tiempo completo y he añadido dos hijos y una hija más a la mezcla. Dirijo el negocio yo solo, no tengo socios de producción y fabrico los artículos en la oficina de mi casa.

Mi tienda se centra principalmente en crímenes reales y artículos country clásicos, porque son dos de mis cosas favoritas. Pero antes de abrir mi tienda en Etsy, asistí a muchas exposiciones de artesanía, por lo que algunos de mis artículos también son inventario de esos días. También tengo algunos artículos relacionados con la música y la literatura porque esas cosas también son mis pasiones.

Mis artículos se fabrican con una cortadora de vinilo Silhouette Cameo, vinilo de transferencia de calor Thermoflex y una prensa de calor. ¡Prefiero usar camisas Bella Canvas pero pondré tu diseño en cualquier tipo de camisa que quieras!

Lo más probable es que su artículo salga de mi oficina dentro de una semana, y siempre dentro de dos semanas (rara vez tarda tanto). Si algo me impide publicarlo antes, se lo notificaremos. Todo está empaquetado en un correo seguro para su envío.

I'm Ashley, owner and operator of DecemberJanuaryDes, and I have five babies: three sons, one daughter, and this shop! (Well, I guess I have six babies if you count my husband!)

I'm in my late 30s, and I love to create (OBVIOUSLY!), read, binge watch or listen to true crime stories, jam out to classic country music, cook (and try not to fail at) recipes I find on Pinterest, clean my house that is never truly clean (thanks, kids!), and hit up thrift stores.

I teach college English (writing, literature, grammar) part time during the spring and fall semesters.

I started making vinyl crafts in 2016 after the birth of my first son. I mostly got started to make things for him, but I soon found that making things for others brings me great joy! So after getting laid off from the job I had then, I really started to focus on selling things I make. Now, several years later, I run this small business almost full time and have added two more sons and a daughter to the mix. I run the business by myself, have no production partners, and make the items in my home office.

My shop focuses mostly on true crime and classic country items, because those are two of my favorite things. But before starting my Etsy shop, I went to a lot of craft shows, so some of my items are also inventory from those days. I also have a few musical- and literature-related items because those things are also passions of mine.

My items are made using a Silhouette Cameo vinyl cutter, Thermoflex heat transfer vinyl, and a heat press. I prefer to use Bella Canvas shirts but will put your design on whatever kind of shirt you want!

Your item will most likely leave my office within a week, and always within two weeks (it rarely takes this long). If anything keeps me from getting it out sooner than that, you will be notified. Everything is packaged in a secure mailer for shipping.
