**Ohio residents, please note:

7.75% sales tax is added on all orders directly from PayPal. Since shipping rates will most likely be lower to those closest to my location, (see below) you will most likely not be charged more at all. I estimate shipping to the furthest U.S. distances, so I will happily adjust your shipping fees to accommodate this change, and refund this difference directly to your PayPal account.
Shipping
PayPal paid items ship within 24 hours of purchase, considering weekends & holidays...and most times, within the same day!

Most items are shipped Priority Mail via USPS, with delivery & tracking confirmation. Smaller items may be sent first class mail. If you would like your items shipped by any other manner please let me know how I can be of service to you!

Your order will be sent to the address you have entered on your Etsy invoice. If this address differs from the one associated with your PayPal account, please notify me in the "Message to Seller" box. I want to be assured that your package arrives to you!

Please be sure to have items shipped to an address where they can be personally received to avoid any losses. Please note when your packages are set to arrive. Email confirmation is added to Priority Mail shipments for easy tracking!

I cannot cover losses from theft of or damage to items, so I highly advise purchasing additional insurance!!! Some items that I consider vulnerable to damage may have insurance automatically added to them via shipping charges. These items that have insurance added are noted in the listings.

If adding insurance, I will send an invoice through PayPal, which must be paid promptly so that your items can be shipped.

**AS A NOTE: I do estimate shipping from Ohio to furthest U.S. destinations, so if the shipping amount is overly excessive, or if you would like to combine shipping, I do happily refund through PayPal...or converse with me beforehand with your address to adjust totals. I keep my shipping as real as possible!

For shipment to destinations closer to Ohio, insurance may be able to be added without any costs! Send me an email, and I will advise you on your shipping cost totals.

I do not have international shipping set up automatically. Items will be relisted & reserved for the international buyer with the shipping charges readjusted. These charges will most likely vary from the U.S., though I do want to keep the costs as low cost to you as possible!

Please email me with your address, region & country codes so that we may more accurately advise of shipping costs.

The buyer is responsible for any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery.
Refunds and Exchanges
All sales are considered final...though I am confident in each of my listings that I describe each item as it really is in person!

PLEASE CONVO ME WITH QUESTIONS ON ANY ITEM PRIOR TO PURCHASE,
and I will respond as soon as I can!

Please be sure to read ALL descriptions thoroughly.

Though I am extremely picky about my vintage shopping sprees, the nature of vintage goods may sometimes include minor flaws or show signs of normal wear & tear. Noticeable flaws will be noted in the item's description. I do my very best to make sure that all items are in the condition described, but an occasional flaw may be missed.

In these circumstances, I will happily accept returns within 3 days of receiving your item. Your item must be sent back in original state & packaging and received back before issuing any returns. Buyers assume all shipping costs.

I will issue store credit for all returned items, unless an item has been severely misinterpreted, in which I will refund the original listing price. I am happy to work with you on an individual basis, but rest assured...I want to keep you happy!
