We offer free shipping on orders of $35 or more within the US. We do have shipping surcharges to Hawaii and Alaska - an invoice for this will be sent over for your order. Please note this before purchasing.
Exchanges, refunds, or returns on personalized items are not allowed due to the customization of the products. Once an order is placed there are no refunds or exchanges on items, but please contact us if there are any issues

Can you send a proof of my order?
In order to keep our turnaround as fast as possible on all items, we DO NOT send proofs for individual orders. We do provide a font preview chart, as well as all color charts in each listing photos, as well as a link to view the specific font for each listing in the description area. If you have any questions/concerns about a font/monogram please message us.
