I have been designing and creating centerpieces and kissing balls for over 7 years now and have a website at enchanteddecoratingdesigns.com. I love bringing my customers vision of what they are looking for to life and seeing my clients happy with the results only make it even more satisfying to me.
Because of the special ordering that I sometimes have to do, I will require payment in full before order is created and shipped. I accept paypal as well as major credit cards.
I ship USPS first class or priority, but have shipped via UPS at customer's request. Please contact me before paying in order to keep your shipping cost down to a minimum. Once shipped, I will inform you and give you the tracking number so that you can check the progress of your package.
Refunds and Exchanges
I recommend that you purchase insurance with either USPS or UPS as this is the only way for you to be refunded for any stolen,lost or damaged packages. I will work with you to resolve the problem with the shipping carrier. There are no refunds on custom made orders.
Additional Policies and FAQs
For custom made items, I will send pictures of the first one being made to insure that you will be getting the item exactly as you vision it. Depending on the item and quantity, I will require from 3-7 days before I can ship due to the hand made process as well as input from you with any changes that you may want.
