5 out of 5 starsI hope the seller doesn’t mind my saying there was a mix up in my order and not everything came as expected. But after sending a simple message (not knowing whether I’d be talking to a human, a computer, or a person that had been forced to act like a computer) I was met by a very kind, very caring, very concerned and attentive human on the other end who admitted to some mistakes while also sharing some personal reasons. It felt like a breath of fresh air in the buying and selling space. So if you like her wares, perhaps knowing the care she puts into the service can tip you over to getting what you want and supporting her humanity and kindness in the way she runs her shop. Appreciate ya all.
