Here's a little bit about me: My name is Deena, and I'm the owner of Deena K Design & Media. I'm a plus-sized, queer, disabled abstract/geometric artist with a background in all things creative. I always find a way to bring creativity and art into my daily life because it's like air— I can't (and frankly, don't want to) live without it.
My love for art can be traced back to my grandmother, who was one of the most incredible painters I've ever known. For the longest time, I was comparing myself to other artists like my grandmother and I held myself back from pursuing my dreams out of fear of failure. But since her passing, art has been one of the things that has helped me feel like I'm able to stay close to her.
While it took me a long time, I finally feel like I've truly found my style of art and my self-confidence is growing—and I like it! Making my pieces brings me catharsis and I hope that it can bring you some as well.
I only sell 5 of each item (or size/color of each item, if applicable) because I am constantly creating new art and want to make sure there is always room for my new work without it feeling overwhelming. However, if there is a design that you love in a product you don't see, or vice versa (a product you want but no designs jumping out at you), send me a message and I am happy to make a commissioned piece just for you! Totally commissioned pieces are priced as stated in the DKD&M commission listing. However, if you find a piece you love and want it customized but still mostly the same design, it will be the same cost as the item it is being customized off of.

To prevent waste and keep demand met, all art orders are printed and shipped after you checkout through print-on-demand (POD) services that I've spent time testing and feel confident in the quality of. While I design new art pieces, they help me keep production and distribution expenses low.

When will I get my order?
Usually, it takes Printful 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
● USA: 3–4 business days
● Europe: 6–8 business days
● Australia: 2–14 business days
● Japan: 4–8 business days
● International: 10–20 business days
[Covid-19] When will I get my order?
Printful's fulfillment times [for all products/t-shirts/phone cases/etc.] may be longer than usual and may continue to increase until things get back to normal. We're seeing delays in our supply chain, including distributors and shipping carriers as the entire industry is grappling with challenges.
It's difficult to predict the shipping times at this time. You can check here (https://www.printful.com/recent-updates) for what the most updated timeframe is for your product's fulfillment time.
Where will my order ship from and will it all get here at once?
We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide! This means that if your order includes different products that are made at different facilities, it's likely they may require different packaging and will arrive separately. Thankfully, the company we work with is great at keeping you updated with shipping information for your products, so you'll know where your order is at every step of the way!
Will I be charged customs for my order?
An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
● Ask your local post office if they have your package
● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at email@example.com with your order number.
If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.
How are your products made?
I work with a print-on-demand drop shipper to produce and ship the digital art I create. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at firstname.lastname@example.org.
I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
I'm so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged! To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email me at email@example.com within 1 week (7 days) of receiving your order with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
What’s your return policy? Do you offer refunds?
Because every order is printed upon checkout to reduce waste, we don’t offer returns and exchanges. However, if there’s something wrong with your order (the print came out poorly, it arrived damaged, etc.), please let me know by contacting me at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your order.
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at email@example.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
