Keep away from long exposures to direct sunlight and remove when swimming or bathing. This will ensure that their color and textures stay the same as the day you purchased them.

Products are not intended as a toy for children and could be a choking hazard.

Shipping
Items will be packaged to ensure safe delivery. Please allow up to 24 hours for me to pack your order.

I will only be shipping items with USPS once a week. I usually do this early Saturday morning. If your item is purchased on Saturday it will not be shipped until the following Saturday.

I usually send out items first class. This means it will take usually 5-7 days for arrival (in the US.)

Custom orders might take a little longer. Please allow a week for custom orders to be made on date of approved item plus normal shipping time.

Expected Arrival Time is NOT GUARANTEED!!

♥ United States: 3-5 business days - This does not include Saturday and Sunday

♥ Canada: 5-7 business days - This does not include Saturday and Sunday

Please understand that once the package has been dropped off at the post office for delivery that I am no longer in control over the package. I am not responsible for damaged, missing, or stolen packages. In this case it is the buyers responsibility to contact their local post office to dispute such matters.

Buyers are responsible for entering their correct shipping address. If the item is returned back to me as a result of the wrong shipping address I am in no way responsible for re-shipping the item. The buyer will be held responsible for re-shipment. I will however re-ship the item upon payment of original shipping fee charge.
Refunds and Exchanges
Please contact me with any issues you may have with your purchases.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply send them back in their original condition within 7 days after delivery for exchange or refund. Earrings and custom designed orders are non-refundable.
